The things they have are ok. Nothing special and no special discounts. Never mind. But what bothered me were the women working there yesterday. They were talking bad about a customer that left. Like: "What an idiot." I thought that was really unprofessional and if I were the boss I would not employ people that do this.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I went to the Woodburn Outlet Fossil store not really knowing what to expect. I had received a new Fossil watch (pure gold, very cool) and the little card in the cute tin box said "free engraving in store." So, I walked in and asked if they could engrave my watch? "YES!" they said. The engraving in store was limited to 1 line, 10 characters. And they engraved it right there!!!!! THEN, the awesome Fossil associate, Trent, asked me if I wanted him to size the watch to my wrist as well (it was a metal bracelet). I said that would be awesome! So he removed a couple of links for me, right there, put them in a little baggy for me and it fit PERFECT!! So, I walked out with an engraved watch AND it was perfectly sized for me. THANK YOU TRENT AND THANK YOU FOSSIL!!! I chose to engrave this on the back of my beautiful new Fossil watch = "BELIEVE"

Today I had a good experience with the girls from Fossil. I'm from Keizer and I made a purchase during the week to pick up before my meeting in Woodburn but since I was in a hurry and with little time, my meeting is going to end late so I called them to see if they could have everything ready for me to come and go in seconds . And they did it! That made me happy and I was able to arrive on time. ??

My watch's second hand came off. They gave me a hard time exchanging it. Don't buy. Cheap quality and sub-standard customer service. No doubt they are always on sale.

Kristen is one of the best sales associates I have ever met! ✨? She knows a lot about watches and helped me find the perfect one. She remembered all my requests, even when I forgot about them ?. She is really friendly and made shopping fun. I highly recommend her!

As soon as we walked into the store, we were greeted by Kristen and Melissa! Both were super helpful and very sweet. These gals know their watches! Kristen was so patient with us as we tried on a ton of watches. After we decided on the right ones, she fit them for us and then she engraved them! We will be back for more watches! What a great team.

Had watch batteries replaced here and the service was top notch. While my watch was being worked on I had a look around and was surprised to see the prices as low as they were. If I were getting a new watch I would look here first

I have bought many of there watches in past. I unfortunately have never seen such crappy customer service I ordered some extra links for a watch I bought and never received a tracking number for my order it's been 10 day since I placed the order. I have tried contacting customer service multiple times and have been sent a full voicemail box. I'm sorry to say they may have lost my business and I won't be recommending them to anyone. Which is super saddening to me because I loved the brand and their products. I fossil sees this and fixes they're customer service issues.

Went in yesterday employees never greeted or asked if we needed help. Just completely ignored us. Too busy gossiping with each other. One was even filing nail her nails.
