I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND looking into replacing your wi-fi adaptors and/or your cables. I have a feeling the majority of these complaints with customer connectivity is in conjunction with folks' faulty equipment and not ASTOUND'S services. I feel the pricing issues are in lieu of people not staying on top of their promotions.
