Looking for some boots our daughter wanted for Xmas. This was the only location in the PNW that had 1 pair left. I called ahead to see if they would hold them during our 1.5hr trip to drive there. They were very kind to be able to hold onto them. This is great customer service!

They have classic chuck Taylors.. in multiple colors and styles.. I hate online shopping for everything.. this store made my day when I found my favorite chucks on the wall!

Waste of time they shouldn't be in business Mark their shoes on sale to get you to the register and then they all pretend like they don't know what happened and the pricing is wrong first and last time there

The cashier made a mistake charging my visa gift card and entering cash instead. After he made 5 calls and 30 minutes later, he assured me that I had to pay the entire amount on another credit card, and I would see a refund of the amount charged on the gift card within 3 business days. 4 days later nothing was refunded to my card. I called the store, I was told I needed to call customer service. Customer service told me I needed to call the store as they dont see voided transactions. After several calls to the store and customer service, I am now told I have to wait 30 days plus to see a refund. I have asked repeatedly to get call from the store manager or a district manager and no call back. I understand mistakes are made, but this was handled poorly. Your team members need better training. It is clear that they have no resources or support from Management. The cashier even called a "friend" that used to work there - as he was not getting anywhere with his local team. This is bad business. I expect a call back , an apology and compensation for my wasted time. I will wait for 2 more weeks to see if the refund is completed. If its not I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well as with small claims. In addition I will share my experience through all social media channels until I receive a resolve.

Love the store! Very good customer service, friendly and knowledgeable of the inf of shoes and the best way to take care of them. My grandson like it, He was feeling very special (13 yrs). The employee was a cute young lady and he was paying attention. So I bought him the $15 water repelent, a good thing all around, a win-wim. 😄
