So many impediments to good banking. The manager must be very strict on her employees to have such a user-hostile bank.

KeyBank made it impossible to deposit my daughter's settlement check. My daughter was injured and received a settlement. The attorney stole her and many other settlements. I contacted the Oregon Bar and was compensated by their victim fund for the monies my attorneystole. KeyBank wouldn't accept the Oregon State Bars paperwork and insisted on non-existing court paperwork, therefore not accepting her deposit. I've never had a harder time trying to deposit money in my life.Bottom line keep it Simple at KeyBank they're basically human ATM's with no knowledge or understanding of banking.

* DO NOT BANK HERE* This is the worst bank!!! I have online banking and didn't want to be billed via paper, they have been charging me $3 a month for over a year, charging me 18 dollars a month to "maintain" my money market account? No notification or alert about it? You would like to think a bank has your best interest in mind, but key bank obviously is a predatory bank, I will be closing all accounts and moving to a real bank that cares about people and families.

I was given very upsetting information this morning about my home loan. The VERY CONCERN I shared with the loan officer reared its ugly head when I telephoned Key Bank about why I did not receive my tax form for my loan. The numerous conversations and what we were told were a waste of time, misinformation, and darn right upsetting! I wish I did not get my home loan from Key Bank.

Key bank is going down hill. It's a miserable place to visit. They can't protect your money and if something happens to it they are not responsible... A bank that cannot protect your money go figure.

With the new handicapp law, there is no handicapp space here unless you use a wheelchair & have the special tag. We don't use those spaces because it cost us a $30 ticket as our permit is for regular handicapp parking!

Key Bank needs to help this Branch out. No one is trained to do their jobs properly. It's sad that I have to drive further for good assistance and knowledgeable staff.

Their bankers are very rude, I came in to open an account, they said their account managers only had time for their appointments, they wouldn't even cash my check, instead they said "you can come back tomorrow, maybe we can find time for you then.

I do not care for the manager of this bank. I do not feel she has my best interest in mind. I get MUCH better service/help from the Canby and/or Wilsonville branch. They have helped me with things she would not.

You sit and wait and wait and wait for help. Each time someone new, and the info is always skewed. No excuse for careless disregard of its patrons sitting all over the place, waiting for see ANYBODY come out of their glass closets. Worst bank experience as far as customer service.

Poor service. Lazy employees. The manager is never around to talk with and does not return messages. Avoid this branch if you can. EDIT: after getting feed back from my negative review you see the reply below. I have heard nothing and nothing has changed in the last four months.
