The reason I only put one star in my review. It's because on my first shipment I made with them. Not everything I sent was delivered to Mexico. And now I call them and they say they don't know anything and that it's out of their hands. I understand that. But when I sent the package they told me. Do you want to put Insurance on your package? If anything does not arrive, we will pay you the value of your package. And that is not like that. Now they don't even want to answer the phone. There are more than 3 people working there. And none can answer. And when you go and you surprise them. You find them eating chips with chilis, licking their fingers. And you tell them you've been calling but no one answers.
