Horrible experience manager and employees talked over there walkies about customers and it felt very disrespectful. The energy in store felt bad overall i wouldnt recommend shopping there as manager makes u feel as if you cant browse around they consistently follow you around and make u feel very targeted

Customer service was amazing. Workers are attentive and friendly. Four stars propped up by them. Clothes, not so much. Full of polyester (plastic) in pieces that had no business with it. Some cotton. Place was spacious.

needs a chair. many chairs in fact. for men. there's literally a space they can fit a round sofa or something. the council of men disapproves. there's a ton of us just standing in trance standing in random spaces. my feet and back hurt.

I dropped by the Woodburn store and picked up a few items- and although the staff were friendly and helpful, I will never go back. Be forewarned that shopping there opens you up to a CONSTANT barrage of advertising that will utterly choke your email inbox regardless of requests to be taken off the list. I responded to a survey in an effort to express my frustration; and was drop called by the store manager as a result. This is WAY too intrusive folks. Can't I just buy a few shirts without signing up for this!?

Great associates, very helpful they checked on me and even started me a room. Jesse was very helpful in finding sizes that I couldn’t find on the floor. I was at Ann Taylor before coming in but I got 100% better service at loft than I did over there. Definitely recommend!!

I stopped by tonight after work looking for a specific shirt. After a few minutes wandering, Jesse came up and asked me if I needed help. Jesse knew the exact shirt I described and where the very last one in the store was located. They were kind, attentive without being overbearing and just made the shopping experience at your store great. I talked to my sister about it after, and she told me she had met Jesse there a couple days before and also had a magical experience. We both agreed that Jesse is probably one of the best retail workers we have ever engaged with. 100 out of 5 stars for Jesse!

One of my favorite stores!! I love the collection here, most I have spent this year Black Friday is in this store. I discovered this brand last year along with Ann Taylor and I have been loving both brands since then! Apparently turns out Loft initially was Ann Taylor Loft! Both are owned by same parent which now makes sense why both have similar amazing collection!

Customer service was top notch! Jesse was amazing, the store was out of a top I wanted and he offered excellent alternative options. Left the store with more than I was planning but super happy with all my purchases!

I haven't been to the Woodburn outlet mall in years. I walked into the loft store and was greeted by the manager Jessie and his team. It was so refreshing to receive such great customer service it's very rare these days.
