“I went into the store the day before and spoke with Dean about getting the 'Purple' mattress. He told me that since I didn't need the base I would get the delivery and haul away for free. I came back the next day and spoke with Tamara and purchased the mattress. When she was typing up the paperwork I had mentioned that online they were giving free sheets with the purchase of the mattress. I had also told her what Dean said about the delivery in exchange for the base. She told me I had a choice between the sheets or free delivery. I said well if that's my choice I need the old mattress removed. The base was never mentioned again. Anyway, both salespeople were nice and I had a pleasant experience but that was my only complaint and Iwish I would have spoken up.”

It was delived to my home and set up by two competent installers. They were clean, polite and did a very nice job attaching my bed to the wall. The craftsmanship of the bed is solid, real wood with several finishes to choose from. Upon my request, Keith provided me a piece of wood with the stain I had pick for my bed so I'm able to match other furnishings to go with my bed. Super nice people and I'm completely satisfied with my purchase!”
