The only disappointment about this shop was it didn't have the shoes we wanted in stock. BUT. The service was amazing. Daisy is a stellar employee who was patient, kind, incredibly knowledgeable and should probably be making twice what she is paid.
She was able to order the shoes we wanted and they should arrive this week. Thanks again Daisy for everything, you made the trip there worth it.

Warmly welcomed in, we were on a last minute quest, it so happened to be the very LAST shoes store we tried in the whole Company Stores after driving up from Salem having no luck finding my girlfriend work shoes. Crystal helped us find some non slip black shoes that will work just great! Thank you for going above and beyond and also recommending some waterproof running shoes for me in my line of work. I am going to order them online when they get more in my size in wide! You rocked our socks off and we were so relieved to finally complete our long arduous quest! ? ⚔️ ? ? ? ☘️

Shoes are fine but if you return shoes that you paid cash for they mail you a pysical check

Never goin here again, they had some great shoes but my husband and I were shopping for about an hour in there with our two little ones. The same employees including the manager kept stalking us asking “if we needed help with anything” WITH an attitude. Like as if we were in there trying to steal? Ended up buying a pair for me and my daughter, and my husband didn’t sugar coat anything with the manager. We felt like we were being watched the whole time, and then her mood changed after we paid. I get that there’s a lot of thieves nowadays in retail, I work in one. But you should give the best customer service to all!
