Good service. Unlike the internet, you go into the store and try the shoes on . If they don't fit you try several shoes until one fits. I saved time and money. That is very important to me.

Great customer service and they even order in what you need make sure it’s right for you before you buy. Top notch business to work with especially with the awesome pricing they have. What a find, a store that not only has a great selection of work boots but they have excellent customer service too! The guy spent an hour with me, finding a pair of boots. Lowest priced Redwings I’ve found and $20 for the Amp insoles is very good. Good job guys!

Want great boots, with better customer service? this is your place, I would definitely recommend O'Connells for all work, and rubber boots, they also have a huge selection of rain gear to keep you dry and comfortable.Did I mention how great their customer service is?wish I could give more stars

I had previously bought 2 pairs of boots here and had great experiences but when I went back for 3rd time the employee was extremely rude. He got mad at me for blocking the aisles when I had 2 shoe boxes on the floor in the corner of the store while trying them on when there was NO other customers in the store. He also put shoe boxes back on the shelves while I was actively trying them on and continued to rush me while trying to pick a pair of $300 boots. It was my go-to store for boots but unfortunately I will not be shopping there in the future.
