Wife and I bought a car from here ...this Riggs clown was the sales man . drove the car home and 3 days later wont stay running this was dec 22 2025.. took it to a mechanic and 1300 later still not running... the mechanic notices the battery wasn't secured with clamp .. my wife called this clown and asked what they did to.make the car run for a short time ... he blamed it on bad gas ... do not buy from these guys they are not professional and run a shotty business

I purchased a two thousand ten chevy, silverado crew cab. I waited a month to post this and I am very satisfied with the truck for the price. I would have no issues buying another vehicle if they have one on the lot. That I would want. And again thank you pacific auto

On 03/23 we purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe. We tried to negotiate price, however, our salesman would not.
Within a month of owning, when the weather started to warm, we had to take the car in to have the air conditioning looked at. Over $1500 of repairs were required including the windshield that needed replaced due to it cracking from one of the three large rock chips.
I emailed copies of the invoices & sent a text to our salesman hoping for a response. After receiving none, I called on 05/07 and spoke to our salesman. He stated the owner was out of town until the beginning of June. He assured me he would call after speaking to him upon his return. It is now 07/01 and no contact has been made. I realize purchasing a car 'as is' risks are taken, however, I would expect a respectable dealership to take some responsibility.

Friendly staff, but maybe a bit pricey for what you get. I ended up buying elsewhere.

Our salesman was great. The mechanic lied about our vehicle. The boss never came and talked to us. Not impressed. Selling a truck with a Lemon Title. Never shop there. The little salesman was super nice. Waste of time..

Couldn’t even get them to check my credit to see if I qualified for a loan. Guess they don’t mind blowing people off because they don’t have cash money to pay with

Would give zero stars if I could. Drove 45 minutes to see an Acura RDX we were told was available. Arrived to find the car was not available, had a salvaged title and “drives poorly”, and is out with someone else for the next two hours but they have a Honda Pilot with 190k miles that we can look at. We specially asked if the car was available before making a long drive only for them to try to bait and switch us. Unprofessional and inconsiderate.

We bought a vehicle here in January 2024, I am just now leaving a review because I wanted to be able to give an honest review of experience and how the vehicle has worked out for us.
8 months later I can say that we were highly satisfied with our purchase. We bought a 2016 Nissan Pathfinder, it was in great shape, very clean inside. It has been incredibly reliable for us with not a single issue that came up.
Our experience with the dealer itself was very smooth, clear communication, easy fast process.
I would definitely recommend a friend to Pacific Auto in the future.

I have now owned the car I bought from here for one year and can honestly say it's the biggest piece of garbage I've ever owned. I bought it hassle free which was nice, but it was raining that day and didn't notice the entire car covered in dents from hail and of course it was never mentioned either. I was lied too several times about my license plates being ready but when I made the drive all the way out to get them they were never there, it took several weeks to actually get them. The car is a 2015 Chevy Cruze but they sold me a "2016" so I have to be careful about the parts I buy because there's a difference. I didn't want to buy a car but was forced by my situation to get something reliable with good mileage to commute to work but I've already spent thousands of dollars and missed several days of work because it's so bad. Entire cooling system has been replaced including the water pump by 65k miles, radio freezes and locks the entire car system out. I've been driving 27 years and this car has been the worst experience yet. I have lost so much time and money I could never suggest you buy a car from this place or a Chevy for that matter.

at 7pm at night required me to add the truck to my insurance before I signed docs. because someone in the past didn't insure a truck and caused accidents. as if they were responsible for it. then exactly 2 weeks after I bought it, I had an oil change done by a licensed mechanic. since there was no oil sticker stating when the last oil change was. the truck broke down within a few days. I haven't even gone through DEQ. The dealership told me because I didnt get the parts from a gmc dealership, like they did, it ruined the engine. however, the oil filter on the truck was from NAPA. it's going to cost me another $3k or so to repair. after I just paid $45k on the truck. the owner is who everyone has to call to ask everything to, no management is allowed to make decisions. no help from any of them. unless I want to pay to have the truck towed 50 plus miles and have their mechanic look at it, and they said I would have to pay to repair too.
