I bought and erected a 40x60x18 PBS building in the early 2000s. The price was competitive and the quality of the building was excellent. Delivery was on schedule. I particularly liked that the beams arrived painted and the girts and purlins were galvanized. This makes for a brighter interior vs. red primered steel common with other companies and I didn't have to paint it. There was a minor glitch during erection but they resolved it promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I ordered some materials for a solar array. The price was fair (both for the material and delivery) and they were able to get it to me quickly.

Adam was amazing in his communication and coronating of all aspects of my purchase, I had a plan all togeather with him, then I set up to use a different company closer to me but they couldn't keep there prices straight, Went back to Adam and with out skipping a beat he worked with me and got me more product that is thicker higher quality for less money, Adam is amazing!. I also purchased trim threw Rodrigo a insidesales rep. he was lights out on trying to get my package ready in two days for pick up he did, With out charging me any extra I'd like to add, but I decided to not rush it and eather ship it or go down and meet these great people in person. Customer service is dieing, I'm here to say it is alive a well at Pacific Building Systems.

We have had our ups and downs. We ran into a problem half way thru putting up our building half way. We contacted PBS and they came out and did some measuring. The gentleman that came out was probably really good at his job but he said a few things that did not sit right with me or our crew. We where able to talk to management PBS and they apologized. After a very stressful week and a half they came back and made things right and fixed the problem. Even after admitting their mistake they stood by us for any help and assistance. They may need to work on communications a little but all in all it is up and looks good.

Thoroughly enjoyed working with these guys. Yolanda was Excellent, our delivery was complicated by difficulty accessing the jobsite and it went beautifully due in large to her attention to detail and communication skills. She delivered excellent service and was on top of our order from beginning to end. I did not catch the drivers name but he was Amazing, I couldn't have picked a better company to work with. Thank you PBS for a job well done.

I needed new gutters for my older steel building. Drew was very helpful explaining my options. Pacific Building Systems gave me the best price. Once all was finalized I had the Gutters and down spouts delivered with in two days! A quality product.

Purchased a building from PBS and have yet to be able to complete the erection due to some issues along the way. The quality of the building material seems good and I believe they have a good staff that will help push through to completion. Final outcome remains to be seen.

My family and I have bought many buildings from Truss-T/PBS over the past 40 years. They make quality structures that are well engineered, easy to erect and stand behind their work. They have worked with us to make buildings that fit our needs whether it be a custom designed loafing barn for our dairy or a one of a kind hop dryer facility that allowed for us to build around our existing kiln floors. They have been very accommodating to designing and building structures that fit our unique needs.

I have been a building contractor for over 50 years, should retire but enjoy it to much. There is no one else I would buy a metal building off of. Everyone in the organization is a class act. I enjoy working with Jennifer their sales rep in my area, represents the owners as well as myself as a contractor.

Worked with PBS on a 100' x 46' steel building. So far they have been good to work with. pricing is good and so are the people that work there.
