My brother and I went into Perfumania in Woodburn to find a birthday gift for our dad, and Leslie was amazing! She was so knowledgeable, welcoming, and friendly from the moment we walked in. She helped us pick out the perfect scent for our dad and we ended up buying another perfume for our mom too! Leslie made the whole experience fun and easy. Highly recommend asking for her if you stop by! Thank you Leslie!!

Visited the store on Mother’s Day. Soren was extremely helpful and a an amazing person to work with. Excellent employee and understood our expectations and went above and beyond to help us get the best products that met our needs. Soren’s knowledge on perfumes and fragrances is impressive and I was very pleased to see such vast understanding of the sector. I am sure Soren is an asset.

Believe me when I tell you that once you walk in the store it's like you're hit with a wall of perfume. So it was a nice breath of fresh air when I was greeted by a super friendly sales associate named Pricilla. I went in looking for one specific cologne and was set on buying a second but wasn't sure what. Priscilla was completely engaged with me the entire time. Even with customers rushing around me trying to get their sniff on with perfume samples, she always casually made her way back to me with new samples for me to try. She was informed, suggestive, and never pushy. I felt safe to take my time to decide, which isn't always the case with some of these sales people. I almost wasn't going to go with a second purchase but then another sales associate named Ignacio suggested a gorgeous scent I wasn't expecting to like upon first sniff. It was a spendy one they told me, which normally customers shy away from. But only after being allowed a generous amount of space and time did it grow on me; then I had to have it! Now it competes with rest of the colognes in my collection! Not once did I feel like I was rushed or wasn't seen by Pricilla. From the time I walked in she was engaged, friendly and charismatic. Some people just do the customer service thing effortlessly and SHE is one of them! My experience was flawless! I'll definitely come again and ask for them both by name.

Priscilla is an expert at scents + servicePriscilla did an amazing job. When I walked into the store she was handling three customers at one time but still greeted with a smile. She did a very nice job balancing each, checking in at just the right moment while communicating with each customer to set expectations on any wait or delay. After other customers left she spent quality time helping me discover my next scent and let me explore ones that I had researched. I ended up purchasing both of her recommendations and funny enough, one was her first recommendation and the other was the last at the very end. She is really great at engaging with customers and creating a delightful experience. I sure hope she has opportunity to lead one day. You've got a quality associate who should be duplicated by having her involved in training. Overall, I'm very happy with my selections and it was great experience!

Went here with my better half because her perfume from a small batch maker was discontinued. We walked in and were immediately greeted and assisted by Julie. The place was busy, but they ran like a well-oiled machine. We told Julie our situation and I pulled up the profile of the discontinued scent to help guide our search. What we immediately appreciated about Julie was that she pulled scents from any brand and didn't shy away from those labeled as being for men (since when is oak moss a male scent, anyway). After a lot of incredible options Julie found, we were both able to add a few more fragrances to our cabinet. The value of a knowledgeable employee who seems to genuinely feel passionate about their work cannot be overstated. Julie was THE determining factor in making our visit successful and memorable.
