The only reason this gets a star is because they actually had the shoe that I wanted in stock. If you're going to have an outlet it seems like maybe selling things at a better discount than 15% might be clever. I can get better prices online at the friggin Puma website. This store is lame.

Best thing about this place: plenty of space to sit down and try shoes. I find the design of a good chunk of the clothes tacky. Overall good place to buy shoes. Mine have held up for more than a year now and don’t appear to be damaged at all.

Not once but twice this dude, Ryan has helped my son and I. The shoes my wanted were not on display or they didn’t have them on the showroom. He went out of his way to go search the back for the shoes. It was an awesome for someone to go out of his way to search out the drift cats and the right size for him.

Friendly, attentive staff with good selection of stuff. Good prices. Great selection of turf soccer shoes. Nike, Under Armour and Adidas came up with nothing for that. All online. Puma had several to choose from. I enjoyed this store and was glad they had a friendly and attentive staff. It's tucked a bit back in but worth heading to when you're at the Woodburn Outlet Mall. I will likely be back.

I love the Puma brand and when I'm able to get an outlet store outside of Hawaii I go bananas. This trip I went to the Puma store at Woodburn outlet mall. These outlet malls have huge savings and as a bonus Oregon has no sales tax and bags .are 05 cents vs. Hawaii's .26 cents. Was greeted promptly by the staff working the floor and offered to assist me with anything if needed. They had a great Sale going at the moment with Puma logo Polo shirts for $15 each. The check out process went without a hitch and I left very happy and satisfied.

Extremely rude staffI recommend checking your bags before leaving the store this is the second time they do not put all my stuff in the bags then after you complain the manager kicks you out of the store
