This is specifically for the dark haired woman with the giant fake eyelashes always working the cash register at the pharmacy: just because you have âpharmacy techâ on your badge instead of âclerkâ, doesnât mean you know what you are doing. The amount of times you give blatantly wrong information just because you have NO idea what youâre doing, is unacceptable. How you still have a job is beyond me. You canât even adjust insurance information or check if a prescription is active correctly. Iâve been a pharmacy tech for a decade, even floated in Safeway pharmacies at one point, so I know how incredibly easy it is to do at that least those two things. Itâs the bare minimum that you should be able to manage. Seeing you at the counter makes my eye twitch and I would rather jump across the counter and ring myself up than ask you to do any minor task.

Unfortunately I wanted this Pharmacy to work out, though... no it did not. Inexperienced and poor customer service. Be very careful when filling your prescription they don't always have what you need and will replace with another. I was very worried about if they knew what they were doing and didn't care at all when I transferred to another company! They are not concerned about keeping your business! :(

They have zero communication skills. When they are unable to obtain medication all they say when called is we expect you to call, we can't call everyone. They won't give updates on back ordered meds and just expect the client to wait it out even though they are meds that can't be stopped immediately and need to be weaned off. They do not care at all. This is the second time I've had the issue. Transferring all my meds elsewhere.

I love Safeway pharmacy. Every time I call, they answer and help with my questions. They will let me know when my prescription is ready or set me up for automatic refills. I love that I don't have to wait around and they are open late. And there is wait time, then I shop around or get coffee at Starbucks. And for me it's cost effective my prescription are cheaper here than Walgreens and pharmacist is always available.

It would be negative if possible. Josh is freaking rude. Jeremy is not much help. Insurance tells me that we are covered but these clowns couldn't get the same answer. Walgreens might even be better than Safeway.

My doctor sent a prescription, but these less then professional staff seemed to have misplaced the phone, or it does not work. Never will they answer the phone. Do not waste your time. Happier days everywhere except here.

Would give zero stars if I could.Horrible Customer Service. Does not care at all about efficiency or serving their customers.This is the 3rd time Iâve been hassled around by the Woodburn Safeway pharmacy.The first time they âcouldnât find my insuranceâ so I had to pay out of pocket for my prescription even though I have OHP and gave them all of the information they needed.This last time (today) I had a new prescription sent over to them by my PCP at around 11am and I tried to call ahead of time to ask when I should expect the order to be filled. I called 5 times and each time no answer.So I then went in, and was told itâd be ready to go by 3pm the same day. I also ended up giving them my phone number so I could be notified in case anything changed.I go in at 6pm and they tell me it wonât be ready until 3pm the next day. I ask why I wasnât called or notified? They literally donât have any excuse or reason other than âhmm I donât knowâ.The customer in front of me also noted how she had attempted to call before she came in (to see when they should expect their prescription to be ready) and mentioned no one answered.. I donât understand why thereâs a phone number on the company website to get ahold of the pharmacy counter if the pharmacy wonât even bother answering the phone.I thought maybe the first two times could have just been bad/busy days but Iâm over it. They just suck at their jobs.Such complacent and incompetent employees. Seriously never coming here again.

THEY DONT DO FLU SHOT!!!So frustrating they advertise they do the flu shot and they don't. I went in twice and on the second try a guy was there and said they can't do the flu shot due to lack of staffing. Well why don't you advertise that you don't offer it then instead of wasting people's time!?
