I love Safeway pharmacy. Every time I call, they answer and help with my questions. They will let me know when my prescription is ready or set me up for automatic refills. I love that I don't have to wait around and they are open late. And there is wait time, then I shop around or get coffee at Starbucks. And for me it's cost effective my prescription are cheaper here than Walgreens and pharmacist is always available.

It would be negative if possible. Josh is freaking rude. Jeremy is not much help. Insurance tells me that we are covered but these clowns couldn't get the same answer. Walgreens might even be better than Safeway.

My doctor sent a prescription, but these less then professional staff seemed to have misplaced the phone, or it does not work. Never will they answer the phone. Do not waste your time. Happier days everywhere except here.

Would give zero stars if I could.Horrible Customer Service. Does not care at all about efficiency or serving their customers.This is the 3rd time I’ve been hassled around by the Woodburn Safeway pharmacy.The first time they “couldn’t find my insurance” so I had to pay out of pocket for my prescription even though I have OHP and gave them all of the information they needed.This last time (today) I had a new prescription sent over to them by my PCP at around 11am and I tried to call ahead of time to ask when I should expect the order to be filled. I called 5 times and each time no answer.So I then went in, and was told it’d be ready to go by 3pm the same day. I also ended up giving them my phone number so I could be notified in case anything changed.I go in at 6pm and they tell me it won’t be ready until 3pm the next day. I ask why I wasn’t called or notified? They literally don’t have any excuse or reason other than “hmm I don’t know”.The customer in front of me also noted how she had attempted to call before she came in (to see when they should expect their prescription to be ready) and mentioned no one answered.. I don’t understand why there’s a phone number on the company website to get ahold of the pharmacy counter if the pharmacy won’t even bother answering the phone.I thought maybe the first two times could have just been bad/busy days but I’m over it. They just suck at their jobs.Such complacent and incompetent employees. Seriously never coming here again.

THEY DONT DO FLU SHOT!!!So frustrating they advertise they do the flu shot and they don't. I went in twice and on the second try a guy was there and said they can't do the flu shot due to lack of staffing. Well why don't you advertise that you don't offer it then instead of wasting people's time!?

They don't communicate, they lie about when things will be ready. I will never use this pharmacy ever again. I would rather go out of town to get my meds.

Awful company got bought out by Kroger. Safeway could not solve its internal problems and constantly focused on profiting by hiring service people from India, bottom of the barrel dumb employees, and sales sales sales. Their app doesn't work, can't see weekly ads on there, coupons don't come up when checking out. Instead of hiring employees who can make coupons work to retain customers, the employees say to call a 1-800 number to get the $1 off coupon redeemed. Are you kidding? I'd rather not come back to safeway ever again. Safeway app has been deleted. Please stay away from this declining company and watch them dissolve like snow on the news!

Went to get Covid shot and no one was waiting but she said we couldn’t get them unless we sign up online. Well how many elderly people have computers or know how to use them. What a lame excuse. That’s crazy. Guess Safeway doesn’t want my business anymore, grocery’s and all. Mega. foods and Wal Mart here I come.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. The pharmacist has worked so hard and consistently to help me get medication I absolutely need, even when I had troubles with my insurance. He listened, worked with me and found discounts for me. I could not ask for more and feel he went above and beyond. This is the type of pharmacist and pharmacy people everyone should hope for.

I spent 2 hours calling the pharmacy directly. No answer every time 5 calls in 2 hours. I also called Safeway‘s main number the girl who answered she took down my information and she was taking it back to the pharmacist personally where I was supposed to receive a phone call that was an hour and a half ago finally after calling back explaining that my whole household is positive for COVID-19 but I’m done hiding from people I’m gonna come in in person you guys can have It Your Way, Cove it hasn’t affected me at all but maybe you won’t be so lucky the moment I said all that was the moment my phone rang back from the pharmacy explaining that they are very busy that’s funny because the moment they knew positive COVID-19 was coming into their office they sure weren’t busy anymore I’ve been without an inhaler for seven weeks finally had my insurance was trying to get it filled and they left me hanging on for two hours while I am positive for Covid basically almost exposing their whole store to a Covid outbreak because they couldn’t answer phone calls worst pharmacy ever I’m going back to Walgreens I don’t care about the safety of their customers at Woodburn Safeway

WARNING! Better check you receipts every time you shop...Safeway has been ripping off their customers for years...after shopping each time i have to go stand in line at the customer service desk to get the money back from being overcharged...i have shown them over and over that the app does not work correctly and i get an average of 8.00-13.00 back each visit. I complain each time and they say we know but they do nothing about it. I went to Safeway today and bought 66.20 in g
