The one on who helped me was very knowledgeable about the colors and a brand of hair colors that I needed to buy. She helped me make an intelligent decision! ?

Friendly employee, clean store and decent prices. I like the Ion line of haircolor, it's a great option for those who don't want to spend salon prices but want professional color and know how bad store box color is. Great place to get shampoo, conditioner and nail supplies. Great selection of lashes and polishes as well as brushes, beard oils, hot tools, skin care, clippers, etc.

Went in today to pick a few things up. I don’t know the ladies there were just rude. They both were conversing about customers in the store critiquing & mocking them. I won’t come back to Woodburn like ever. Sally’s is becoming played out and products are the equivalent of a bottom shelf at Walmart and TJ Maxx

their new manager "lexi" tried making her own "holiday policy" LOL how annoying. i came in the next day to make a return since the wand i bought was a disappointment with a receipt and she told me she could only do exchanges because of the "holiday policy" cause people will use stuff and try to return it? lol that's sallys policy if you don't like it you return it, i was so confused since the manger didnt know their own policy and then tells me i can wait till after the holidays to make a return but it would be passed the 60 days so it would be an exchange and then i ask her before i leave so when is this holiday policy over? and she's like december 1st and then she's like no january 1st and then her employee comes and says "no february 1st" i knew they were lying that's what annoyed me the most. so i called customer service and they called their store and i got my refund :))))) SHE THOUGHT LOL

If I could give this store a negative number I would. I paid 15.00 for a brush there based on the recommendations of the sales clerk. Two days later after 1 use, the brush broke. I went in to return this defective product and was told that they don't do refunds. So I asked for an exchange. I was told they don't do that either. So basically I bought a defective product that the company doesn't stand behind and I just need to suck it up? Sure I could super glue it and it would probably be fine, but that isn't the point. I spent a lot of money on a defective product, and instead of replacing it with a functional product, I was basically told, ya sucks to be you. I won't buy any other products from this store, ever.

Let me tell you... I have been coming to this store every since I moved out here. Today I went in to get a few things for professional nail care. The woman, perhaps the manager, heavy-set with glasses and Hispanic, was SO RUDE! As I was looking at the nail buffers I began to graze my finger across the grit of the file to see which one would suit my needs the best. This mean lady, while not even looking stated, "Do not use those cause I have to mark them as damaged and remove them from the shelf." I replied, "I am not using it on my nail." She then said, "Well I'm just telling you." I then asked, "Why would I come into your store and use the product on my nail?" She stated, "I'm just letting you know!" I then asked, "Why do you have an attitude?" Bantering, she stated, "I'm just telling you because if you use the product I have to take it off of the shelf. People do that all of the time." I then replied, "Ma'am look, this is what I did." She finally looks up, and I showed her how I was rubbing the grit against my bare finger to feel the grit and I informed that was what I was doing. Then I stated, "If you had looked before you said something then you would've realized I was not using the product." She said, "Okay." And continued on pretending to be working. I think I was being racially profiled and she thought I was stealing because of my skin color. She was just so rude to me but when interacting with her other customers she was oh so pleasant and nice. The funny thing is I had a pleasant disposition with her when I entered the store. Needless to say, see what happens when you speak before you are truly aware of what's happening, simply assuming thing. I was not damaging the product by feeling its grit. And they lost the sale of the item because I was so offended I stopped shopping, purchased the items I was sure of and quickly left the store. I hope Sally's trains its employees to do a better job than this because she was the rudest person I have ever encountered in their stores. She didn't even have the courtesy to apologize or attempt to resolve the miscommunication or conflict. What an awful experience from an awful person. I will not step foot in that store and will try other merchants before even considering Sally Beauty from now on.
