They were not really busy.I was able to get in and get what I needed.Everyone was very nice.And the samples are always great.It was a nice experience, but they are very expensive

Being welcomed in with chocolate samples is my idea of great customer service ;) easy to find what we needed, everything is beautifully set up and organized and the woman working there was so friendly.
