Despite it being listed as 24 hour, they are very often closed (with their open sign still on) or just do not come to the drive through window despite placing your order on the kiosk. If they do get to making your food, it is sloppy and with minimal ingredients.

Update:This place has gone to the toilet. Ordered 3 sandwiches on line. Picked them up, got them home and all 3 were wrong. Took them back and immediately this woman behind the counter starts arguing with us. Refused to look at the sandwiches and then when she did, tried to convince us we were blind and they were right. Tried to refuse our money back and said we had to go online. We refused to leave until they handed our money back.DO NOT GO HERE unless you like messed up orders and women who scre at you. Even the manager was worthless. Quick to announce he's the manager but couldn't figure out the register. When I made comment that his managerial skills were lacking, he used the excuse he was new. And of course there's no customer service number to call.One star is too many

Only one person there and wouldn't let me use the restroom before they served me. Not gonna eat somewhere I can't wash my hands first and they are understaffed.

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because of the young lady who helped us. I understand that businesses hire younger folk to keep labor costs down, but there should NEVER be a single worker (much less a lone young lady) left alone to man the entire business on a weekday after 4pm.We’ve noticed this to be the case numerous times at this location. These poor kids are left alone to run the drive through, inside orders AND online orders entirely by themselves. Management, WHERE are you? At least pretend to be present.

Went through drive though and asked for extra pickles. Instead I got no pickles and green peppers that i didn’t ask for instead. very disappointed.

Four times in a row, sides, like A drink, chips, cookies, churros, are not delivered. The sandwiches were great… But that’s all you’re gonna get. I’ve gotten to the point where I simply don’t order anything else because I’m just giving them money for things that do not appear. Called the manager spoke to the manager, the manager’s answer was “oh I am so sorry. It’s DoorDash‘s fault! They are expected to check for side items and pick them up themselves.“ I didn’t order through DoorDash. None of these orders were through DoorDash. They subcontract through DoorDash themselves For their delivery. The items are not with the order, it’s not DoorDash’s problem. They don’t work for Subway. Their job is literally to run in there grab the order and deliver it to the customer as quickly as possible. They did that. I didn’t Order or pay DoorDash. I paid SUBWAY® directly. The manager’s solution was to refund the sandwich that I did receive, and promised to put a sign up so that the DoorDash drivers wouldn’t forget the side items . Instead of including them In the bag, or putting them in separate bag or a carrier… You know taking matters into their own hands instead of expecting somebody else to do it for them. Waited a week, tried again, same thing.And don’t get me wrong, it’s not like I got screwed out of a lot of money here, but over time, it adds up , just like the frustration with it adds up. You can only be so nice for so long When dealing with a business, that doesn’t appreciate your business enough to do THEIR business appropriately.

Sat in the drive thru for 30-40 mins waiting for someone to come to the drive thru window and not a single person was in sight and when I called they said they had jus gotten done with a line but when we showed up to the drive thru I could see no line inside before even

Tried to order at the drive thru, it's a touch screen that wasn't working. After nobody helping us, I had to go inside. Rude individual, ignored customers standing in line. Eventually I just ended up walking out. All I wanted was a drink and a pretzel, that would've taken no time to prepare. Won't be returning.
