If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This cashier working at this place (who claimed to be 'management') had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Absolutely rude, condescending and totally lacked class/professionalism. When I accidentally purchased the wrong item and realized it literally 30 seconds after my purchase, a store employee said there was nothing she could do- and was not even willing to explain or provide an acceptable solution. I have shopped here to stock up on products and gifts for years- never again. Message to the actual 'management team'- I suggest you upgrade the quality of your staff to spare others from what I experienced.

Great deals on Origins and Aveda products! I always come here to stock up on my face creams, face wash and eye creams. They even have some Aveda shampoos as well at a fraction of the price. Signage can be confusing but basically the more you buy the more you save and get additional off plus free gifts! I'm always surprised at how much I spent with all the products I get that would be double the price at a retail store. They actually offer outlet prices unlike some of the other places in the mall. Came here a few times and havent had a problem with the customer service.

Great deals on Origins and Aveda products! I always come here to stock up on my face creams, face wash and eye creams. I'm a client of this store already for 6 months. And the workers there are so nice and even remember me already. They are always happy to help if needed. Always can help with bonuses and other deals. I'm so glad that such a good place exists and I saved a lot of money on my purchases here as a makeup artist.

The manager Kelli and associate Eevee at this location are literally so nice. Extremely helpful, really care to help you. I’m so incredibly impressed. There definitely some new hires that are….less then. But hopefully they come up to there standard because they ARE SO GREAT

Hey Store Managers READ THIS! Bad customer service. Rude and uncaring. Cashier told sister that she didn’t really care to hear her concerns on the customer service and lack of appropriate signage to explain sale details. Things like you had to get 3 things from the $5 rack since they were out of gift bags. Then if you bought multiple things that needed 3 items from $5 rack, you could not purchase more than 5 of one item and each set of 3 had to be set of different things. Honestly, I want to contact their corp customer service but nothing listed on the receipt; so here I am. Perhaps if the folks at the cash register spent more time paying attention to customers (waking the sales floor and asking folks if they had questions or needed help picking out items - like normal sales stuff) instead of chit-chatting about how much they “f-ing love” the Netflix show, Bridgerton (yes this was repeatedly said during my visit) or how there was a place one could go to dress up like in that show, my family would not have been frustrated with our shopping experience. Annoying part is that instead of trying to listen and show compassion to my family and improve a poor experience the cashier chose to talk down to and give attitude to my sister who was trying to figure out what needed to be purchased to get the specials that were advertised. Lesson Learned: in this store, make sure you go to the sales reps and ask them to explain their misleading/poorly advertised specials. Otherwise they will hang at then cash register just talking amongst themselves - neglecting customers. Feedback to store manager: don’t have other sales reps sort through 2 boxes of inventory at cash register. My sister expressed concern her items would get mixed up with new inventory. Try that back room or a rolling cart. Something besides the small counter where your 2 registers sit. This was a concern your cashier rudely dismissed when my family mentioned.

I went looking for a specific lip gloss. They only had the mini - but that's not the issue. The staff don't greet you unless you've got tons of shopping bags in hand. If you don't look like you've been shopping, despite being specifically in the store to purchase something, then expect silence until you have to ask a question or make a purchase.

Came in there with my wife who was interested in what the store had to offer. We were greeted by the girl in the front with a smile and greeting. To make a long story short, we were only browsing since there is little Portland has to offer. However, the sales representative asked to help my wife; and ACTUALLY did!!! The young woman with the glasses at the front ar 1PM should be the manager.

I can’t believe the WONDERFUL customer service I received today with Kelly!!!!! She went completely out of her way today to drop off an item at my home since I was unable to go to the store to pick it up. I’m so thankful there are still people out there like her. Thanks a million to Kelly!!

I have been coming here for years with my kids. In the past, some employees have been so nice that I've even made a few acquaintances there. Today idk if this group of employees were having a bad day or overwhelmed but the largest of the group with a long brown ponytail started freaking out because my son was by the glass window by the window display but wasn't touching anything. I didn't even get a chance to tell him to come stand by me when she started yelling out loud demanding what was going on and flipping out to everyone in the store saying she couldn't have kids doing this. She made it seem like he was a wild animal knocking over things and acting beligerante. Everyone is going through tough times but she was just being a big ol b****. After I told her to calm down, I grabbed my son and cut my visit short and paid for my makeup in hand. I noticed the other employees around her started staring at me and whispering and making no attempt to be subtle. I stepped outside with my two boys and waited for my mom to finish looking around. Apparently my mom went off on her for me. Thanks mom!! People like that don't deserve to be employed during these tough times. It'd be nice if they could upgrade their current staff. Until then, you've lost my business! I've been telling friends, family, and clients to go there for years!! Try spreading some kindness and see how that goes for you. Good riddance you immature assholes!!

Loved shopping at this place!! Was able to purchase a Tom Ford quad in 03 Body Heat for 50% off and a Michael Kors perfume. Luis C. was helpful and very courteous during the busy Holiday season!! ???❤
