After calling u.s Bank I was told they have a fax machine and I could get a notary after making an appointment and driving 40 miles I was told my mother had to be present even though I was on her checking account they wouldn't do it because she had to be present and she's in a wheelchair and they had no fax machine is what I was told

I have been banking with this branch for many years now. Have watched the customer service drop very very low. when you walk in, nobody acknowledges that you are there. They chat and laugh among each other and then look like you are there bothering them. No greetings or smiles just grunts and abrasive-like service. Like they can't wait to get rid of you. Went in with my parents for something that was so simple turned out to be 3 unnecc visits. After talking to our attorney, he said that never should have been a problem. The manager is the worst I've ever come across, rude, no smile or "can I help you?" For simple things he makes it much more problemati. US Bank in Woodburn please have the employees, starting with the manager guy, take a customer service class for training or hire new people. It was a pleasant bank till recently. My friend from Idaho went in there and told me the same thing. The manager was very rude to her. She went somewhere else

US Bank made it impossible to deposit my daughter's settlement check. My daughter was injured and received a settlement. The attorney stole her and many other settlements. I contacted the Oregon Bar and was compensated by their victim fund for the monies my attorneystole. US Bank wouldn't accept the Oregon State Bars paperwork and insisted on non-existing court paperwork, therefore not accepting her deposit. I've never had a harder time trying to deposit money in my life.Bottom line keep it Simple at US Bank they're basically human ATM's with no knowledge or understanding of banking.

I wish I could give them zero stars. The staff is extremely rude. It can take 45 minutes to go through their drive thru. After putting up with the staff's attitude for 2.5 years I finally had enough of dealing with them. Even though my business is in Woodburn, I drive to the other US Bank locations in Wilsonville and Salem to do my banking for my business. Never going back to them. If it wasn't for the great customer service I have been receiving in Wilsonville or Salem, I would really consider switching to a different bank entirely.

This is the worst US Bank branch my wife and I have ever been to. Terrible customer service for a business who builds its credibility based on serving the financial needs of the community. Do yourself a favor and take you business and capital to a bank that values your business. Taking both our personal and business accounts else where.

I got in line at 1045am to the drive up window with 10 cars ahead of me. It is now 1120 and there are still 5 cars ahead. Horrible Customer experience! UNBELIEVABLE! Wont come here again!
