Every time I come here my photos turn out terrible. I got an email with a coupon code for a free 8x10 so I figured, why not? Let's just say at least I didn't have to pay for a photo with cropped off heads. Waste of time, go to the Wal-Mart down the street.

Terrible bad service, not only did they make me wait too long, but also when the person who gave me the vaccine attended me, he yelled at me because I was upset for waiting and told me never to come back.

Worst pharmacy I have ever used. No compassion for the person they are serving, just excuses for lack of customer service and threats.

I enjoy giving great reviews, but I also have to share this not-so-great one in case anyone's looking for a pharmacy in town. My suggestion would be to look elsewhere. In store: customer service majorly lacking. I stood at the photo center for 20 mins with employees (and one whom seemed like a manager) looking at me waiting there, but no one coming or calling for assistance. This has happened more than once. Drive-through pharmacy: expect a LONG wait. Line of cars often halfway around the building, with a 30-45 minute wait time, on multiple occasions. Curbside pick up: quick and easy, hence the reason I give them two stars instead of one.

Horrible Service (Pharmacy). They never have enough Employees, the wait time has always been way too long. They started giving Covid shots & that would triple the wait time. I cannot stand in line for 45 minutes. I called today to ask if they were giving Covid shots, so I could decide to go in or not. The Lady who answered after being on hold for 25 minutes, was extremely rude. Told me she could not give me that information & hung up on me. My next call was to my Dr. & Switched to a new Pharmacy. I will never step into a Walgreens again.

One of the nicest Walgreens that I've ever been in! Wow! Huge, bright, well lit, stocked, and well organized. With lots of parking, on a convenient intersection right off of I-5 and near the Woodburn Outlets, it's very convenient to stop here. And it's spotless - even the bathroom! Really have no idea how so many people have given this store a low rating. I'm an inner City girl, live downtown Portland and have to walk past multiple tents and step over people to get in Walgreens, harassed for money to and from my car. People, seriously, be thankful! Picked up some items I needed, and grabbed some dark chocolate covered marshmallows Easter eggs because the basket in my kitchen counter somehow got raided! Those working here were are friendly and were delighted when I told them how impressed I was with the store. Will definitely stop in when I'm in this area, shopping at the outlets or heading out to the Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival, Schreiner's Iris Farm or Sauvie Island Dahlia farm. Seems like I'm in Woodburn frequently, especially when the gardens are open!!

What is this about? Is this the new standard of treatment to be expected from Walgreens? The employee should be fired at a minimum! It is NOT up to YOU to decide to deny a prescription to a patient with a valid doctor's order. I am completely and totally disgusted. Walgreens, YOU need to make this right! And folks wonder why there are riots in the streets... Stop being part of the problem!

Rudest pharmacy and staff! I called the day before to transfer my prescription from Costco because they no longer accepted my insurance. Nicest Lady on the phone told me no problem they will get it done in 2 hours. So I come the next day to pick my prescription, was told by A very rude worker that it takes 7 days to transfer a prescription. Really I was told 2 hours. Who told you that? A lady I don't know. Well you called a call center. They aren't supposed to tell you that. How am I supposed to know I called a call center?? Have a seat. Waited. Same attitude from pharmacist. We don't have this medicine. Just because I mentioned I'm going to Walmart he wouldn't even let finish my question if my prescription was transferred. Just the rudest staff I have ever seen. While I sat waiting, I had front row seat to rude behavior to other elderly customers!

I went into the Woodburn Walgreens to get some fixative to reattach a temporary crown that had fallen off. One of the brands indicated that it did not contain eugenol. Not knowing what eugenol was, I too two brands that I was thinking about and checked with the pharmacist on what eugenol was. At first I was told that it was an ingredient that was not in the one brand but was in the other. When I told him that answer wasn't very informative and asked again what it was, I was told not to get rude. He then told me it was a fixative and that if I wanted to know more I should contact the company. I bought the brand without this ingredient and when I got home looked it up on the Internet -- it is not a fixative. This is what I found: Eugenol, also called clove oil, is an aromatic oil extracted from cloves that is used widely as a flavoring for foods and teas and as an herbal oil used topically to treat toothache and more rarely to be taken orally to treat gastrointestinal and respiratory complaints. I don't expect the pharmacist to be an expert on all things but was very disappointed in this man's customer service. Not my usual pharmacy, but the closest. Won't be back.

I'm here to complain about one of the Walgreens workers. My in law went in to get some pictures printed, and one of the workers started talking about how she supports trump and wants all colored people to go back to where they came from. I didn't know Walgreens allowed racists in to work for them. I'm deeply upset about this

After physically going into the store 3 times, I still don't have my prescription. The first time I go to pick it up, they tell me I didn't have any refills. My previous experience has been that the pharmacy calls the doctor to get the refill. I guess Walgreens doesn't offer that convenience. I call for the refill and expecting to pick it up the next day, Now they tell me they don't take my insurance. A phone call would have been helpful either time and saved us days of going without medications. While these problems were not directly caused by this pharmacy, Walgreens has made nothing easy. Two of the 3 people I dealt with couldn't care less. Rose was sympathetic and apologized for my troubles. She get's the star

While I was on a road trip we ran out of baby formula. We stopped in to pick some up and the staff pointed me right where I needed to go and did so with a smile. The lady at check out was super sweet. Top notch polite service.
