Ran by people who know zero about business.Do yourself a favor work anywhere else!! They make the salaried people work 70 hours a week and hourly get paid dirt.Walmart employees received more financial assistance from the government than any other company, because you pay them nothing. Explain why anyone with a job should need food stamps? You are the largest single employer in America and you pay poverty wages. It really shouldn't even be legal- you should have to pay tax payers back for every dollar of aid given to your workers. Scum.

stopped to by propane and it took over 35 minutes to get someone to come and unlock the tank cage. that was after asking nicely 4 times and then not as nicely the 5th time. ridiculous.

Worst Walmart ever, the employees HATE the customers. I won't let my 82 year old mother in this store alone, she was ripped off at the AT&T counter and a checker at Safeway told me people pose as Walmart employees and rip off the elderly. I personally have experienced how rude the employees are to the customers. Go up the road to another location, this store will ruin your day

I ordered an important item on line and never received a receipt. I'm located in Salem area so there is a drive and wasn't sure if they could give me a copy. I sat on the telephone waiting 38 minutes for a manager to pickup my transfer call & then call disconnected. Continued to call the store and no person ever picked up call.

I have been ordering online for some time now and used to go pick up my order. Recently due to my 88-year-old mother's health status, I've been having orders delivered. Up until my last order I've only had minor errors from them. However, only my last order they were 2 days late than promised and they gave me a new delivery time 4-5 times but they failed to follow through on. After numerous complaints online and to the store I finally just received the order and was told by the driver that many of their contracted drivers are being allowed to cherry-pick orders based on the amount of tip you or don't offer. They've given me gift codes to try and keep me as a customer. I think I'll use the gift and go elsewhere letting outside contractors dictate what they will or will not do doesn't fly with me. I wasn't ordering Bon Bon's I was ordering food and healthcare products I have to have for my mother.

The store has on multiple occasions had myself and other customers wait 15-20 minutes to open a glass case in front of the pharmacy. On each occasion, the bell was rang and multiple requests to employees resulted in unreasonable waiting. It is not acceptable to have this long of a wait to open a case the store chooses to lock. Give more keys or be more responsive to your customers.Update- even went to customer service to ask for help, employee not working with an employee says "you have to wait". I didn't and stated the 20 minute wait, I waited another 5 minutes at the case.... Unbelievable

Not customer friendly. Bought cream cheese spread, it was outdated by 6 months. When I tried to return it was Friday eve when everyone pays bills,cash checks and money orders. They had 1 clerk behind the desk and the line was about 15. Decided to trash the cream cheese and end my shopping at that store. No one will make eye contact with you or even acknowledge you. They must all hate their jobs

It's practically impossible to keep a distance from others. There are too few checkout lines open and long lines at the self service check outs on both ends of the store.If you need paint mixed, go elsewhere, because their paint counter is closed.

From what I know this has always been the only Walmart in Woodburn I'm not sure if they've opened another one but this one is definitely been around for over 25 years... It's always been our go to place to go food shopping. I've never had an issue with customer service and anytime I've gone there it's looked fairly clean

Drove 30 minutes because the hours say 24 HOURS. Arrived and both doors were locked. We are not from the area so we did not know any better. If store is not 24 hours, you should change it because many people drove in assuming the store was open as well.

Terrible customer service. Could not find an employee to unlock the pet flea medication that I wanted to purchase. Called the business directly several different times only to be told someone would be right over, or was transferred to the pet department that had no phone... not sure where the call transferred to, and another time someone answered and hung up, and answered and left the phone off the hook and could hear employees talking about going to break. I waited 5 minutes in between phone calls to be fair and give them time to come to the area. Two of the times I demanded a manager come and help me. No one ever came. Ended up deciding that Walmart is a big box retailer and that the few dollars I was willing to spend probably wasn't going to drastically change income for the day. Left all of what would be my purchases in the cart in the pet department. Haven't been back and it's been over a couple of months now.

Worst store to order from ever! Their online order/pick up service is at best unreliable. Not only did they not have what we ordered, but rather than letting you know and not charging you they charged us and then said oops we dont carry that any longer. Just to pick this order up I had to confirm it x2 then call with the order number, then when they still couldn't find it had to get the manager to help. And after all of the runaround, unfulfilled items etc. I was offered to cancel it and wait 48 hrs to 72 hours for the money to be returned..or the guessed they could fill it and just refund what was missing. At this point I am just hoping that I get the money back! What a waste of time resources and energy. Never again I recommend no one ever use this service..its a joke!

Worst customer service I have ever had... never have registers open, the employees don't care about making customers happy and providing a great shopping experience what so ever I called recently to ask a question about what they had in stock and after waiting 10min on hold they hung up twice! I have not had 1 time where I came out of the store with a good experience the employees can be very rude as if they didn't care about their employment there. I am at the point where I only will go if I absolutely need something that no other store has in the area and I dread going in. I'm very disappointed with this Walmart by far the worst I've shopped at.

Recently came in for a return with receipt in hand. I walked in with my return items. I saw their employee that stands on the door and made way to the service center. The lady asked me from what door I came from? Told her. Proceeded to tell me that, the guy standing at the door need to mark these items for return? I told her, he didn't stop me. There's no sign at the entrance that's the procedure? Told her, how I am supposed to know this? She spoke to her manager about, asking if she was okay to accept my return?? She told her yes, but proceeded to scold me about it, like it was fault! I was so upset. Told the lady this was not my job nor my responsibility. The guy at the door fail to do his job and now it's my fault? Worse service ever for a return with receipt! I did make a call to corporate and file a formal complaint.
