“I had absolutely NO intentions of making a purchase when I walked into the Swarovski Outlet yesterday… and then I met Diana! 😂

Diana was absolutely wonderful. She listened to what I was looking for and not only showed me pieces I knew I would love, but somehow managed to show me things I didn’t even know I was interested in! Needless to say, my innocent little “look and see” mission turned into a $150 purchase — and I couldn’t be happier with everything I bought.

That just goes to show what an exceptional sales associate Diana is. She was knowledgeable, genuine, engaging, and made the entire experience fun without ever making me feel pressured. She even signed me up for the Swarovski Rewards program, which I didn’t even know existed!

Diana managed to turn this “looky-loo” into a very happy Swarovski customer and Rewards member. 😂 That is what outstanding customer service and great selling are all about!
