My Dog and I always have an amazing experience at here! The staff always go above and beyond. Even with my dogs problems they never fail to shower my pet with love and attention. The veterinarian took the time to understand my pet's quirks, explaining everything with patience and care. I genuinely felt like they treated my pet as their own.

Woodburn Veterinary Clinic is by far the most skilled and professional vet clinic I have ever been to! From reception all the way up to the doctors, they're amazing! One of my dogs recently had an issue with her stomach. She was throwing up and having diarrhea. I took her to another vet, and they told me it would get better with time and not to worry. After a few days passed with no getting better, and she was losing weight, I brought her to Woodburn Veterinary Clinic. They immediately took the issue seriously! We got her checked out and got her some antibiotics. Now she's back up to being a healthy little heeler again! Thank you, guys. I look forward to visiting again, and I'll recommend anyone and everyone I know to you from now on!

Phoenix has been going here since he was about 10 weeks old. Always friendly people and a clean facility. The staff here are great with my high energy dog.I would recommend them to anyone who needs a good place to take dogs. I don't have other animals so I can't opine on how they do with other animals. I wouldn't hesitate to bring other animals here if I had them.

Been taking my pets here for years. It is clear that the vets and vet techs have a customer and client first mindset. They sent my family a condolences card after one of our dogs passed away. They truly love the animals they care for and the families of those animals. They take every concern, big or small, into consideration. They take the time to answer every question you have and to explain what is going on. Highly recommend.

Nice clinic and kind and helpful personnel. I lost the vet who has cared for my dogs for 15 years due to retirement. Sadly, I lost my beloved Yorkie and this Clinic handled it kindly and with compassion. I have two other dogs and they are currently my clinic of choice. 4 stars because I got a quote on teeth cleaning for one dog of 1400.00. I had to shop around because I cannot afford that price which I feel is exorbitant. Forced to go to another vet who charged me 350.00. I am choosing to stay with Woodburn Vet because their other charges don’t seem out of line and I like the Vet.

First vet visit as mine moved out of state. I love the staff vibes and the clinic is professional with a true clinic feel. Dr. Debbie was accepted by my girl and I felt her confidence.

First of all, the reception and techs are extraordinary. While I was waiting in the lobby, a client was complaining about a price breakdown, I heard her say "all this for a feral cat?"... I was appalled and yet the receptionist was kind, compassionate, and so patient with this lady - while single-handedly answering a busy phone line and helping another client without skipping a beat. The techs were very sweet and genuinely seemed happy to work there, they recognized my dogs and didn't treat me and my dogs "generic", they were very personable! We've seen 3 different vets here this month and I am happy with the continuity of care and explanation of options. One of my dogs had a weird skin issue going on, and the vet was honest to admit she's going to get a second opinion from another DVM in the clinic. My other dog is older and they recommended a dental cleaning at her annual exam earlier in the summer. Several weeks later, I was able to go forward with their recommendation for a dental cleaning (not due to this clinic, I had to get my budget and life together before scheduling her dental). They were able to get her in as a tech appointment for pre-anesthetic bloodwork and I also requested x-rays which the DVM that day helped review. I care about my dogs a lot and we moved here from another local clinic because I felt the previous vet clinic we seen lacked continuity of care and seemed "too busy" to care and overlooked too many things. I'm very happy with Woodburn Vet and they're actually slightly more affordable than our previous vet! PSA - be nice to your veterinary clinic, they are oftentimes under a lot of stress and compassion fatigue! I was a tech assistant a few years back, the burnout is real! I super appreciate how compassionate this vet clinic and staff is :)

The staff was courteous to my mother. However, they did not give her a refill for Blackie's heartworm medicine. Now she will have to make another trip to the office to get the medication.

Overall, the vet tech and upfront staff are attentive to my dog and have good customer service. But my interaction with Dr. Unrau has been subpar. During my dog's last wellness exam, the doctor spent so little time "examining" my dog. I suppose a visual observation was made, a quick, very quick, listen to my dog's heart or lungs was made with a stethoscope but I have to question if anything was actually listened to it was so fast. My dog's teeth were looked at but only one side of his mouth was quickly looked at by having his cheeks lifted up. That's it. In your website, in the Wellness & Preventive Care section it says, "During a wellness exam...Our veterinarian will perform a comprehensive examination of your pet from nose to tail..."This is my second interaction with this doctor and both times she presents as being in a hurry and appears disinterested in why I paid for my animal to be there. From now on I'll make sure to request a different vet. I hope the next doctor will show interest, engage in a more thorough exam and maybe some compassion towards the human and canine customers
