My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our 32 anniversary ❤️We had a room with a jacuzzi tub next to the window.. My two favorite things, hot tub and oceanview ?There is a light shining out on the waves, at night.. We watched the ocean from our tub well into the late hours, it was wonderful. The room is spacious, the bed was comfortable. There is a nice restaurant and lounge. Pool, hot tub and gym.Beautiful location.. There is a trail to explore as well. This is definitely a place we'd love to revisit and recommend to others.I didn't take a lot of pictures inside the room but have some of the view we had.

Our third floor Jacuzzi suite was absolutely amazing! Super clean and comfortable. The location is a rocky shore, very close to the ocean but there's no beach if that's what you're looking for. The two staff members I spoke with were professional but seemed up tight and made strange comments, like asking me at the free breakfast if we had stayed the night. I just told her no, we were just there for the free breakfast :) other than a couple odd employees we had a wonderful time!

Beautiful view and spacious rooms.Rooms: SpaciousNearby activities: Small beach town with a variety of shops and of course the beach.Walkability: You can walk around Yachats and enjoy the small town.Food & drinks: Food is really good but the restaurant management is horrible. They upcharge if you want it to go (take it to your room but not room service). You can't order a drink without ordering a high-dollar entrée. Just poor business. It was not the first time we had issues with the restaurant management having rules that are ridiculous.

Currently under renovation but still had a great stay! Pet friendly, great food, great wave watching!Nearby activities: 5 mikes to Cape Perpetual Scenic area (trails, tide pools, old growth forest. Visitor center). 15 miles to Sea Lion Caves. Crab ring and boat rentals 8 miles to McKinxies Marina in Waldport.Walkability: Close to the charming small town of Yachats, also coastal trail right behind the hotel.Food & drinks: Hotel has a wonderful restaurant. Also lots of choices in Yachats.

The pool and hot tub were great.. the view was great. unfortunately everything else was poor.. my room was cold, the window wasn't sealed right and couldn't control the temperature. Could hear the people loud and clear next to me through the joining door. The staff lady was nice when I checked in but I went to ask a question and she was sadly rude. The construction going on wasn't listed on booking .Com and I never would have stayed there if I had known. The place was a mess. Restaurant closed etc.. for $180 room I could have stayed at a much nicer place.3 out 10 rating

We stayed at the Adobe in mid-February and it was under construction. We didn’t mind the construction at all. Glad to see the Adobe is getting spruced up. Our room was fresh and clean and so comfortable. We had fresh rockfish for dinner and it was cooked to perfection. The free continental breakfast was fine, we aren’t heavy eaters. And the pool was SO nice and warm. Our 7 year old played for hours with the other children in the kiddie pool. We loved the waves right outside our patio and the waves were beautiful even at night. And we especially loved the option for a 2 hour late check out (1 pm). This was our 4th time here and we had s wonderful time.

Under construction, but still a great room at a great price.

Location, customer service, and value can't be beat. There's a lot of construction so not all areas are in the best shape and not all amenities were available when we were there. However, the renovations that were already completed looked great and you can tell once everything is done that it will be top notch. Can't wait to come back!

We’ve stayed at Adobe multiple times. You can’t beat the location, and the rates are reasonable too. The hotel (I wouldn’t really call it a “resort”) is a bit dated, but it seems they are remodeling rooms. The pool is large and well maintained, the drawback is that you have to go outside to get to it from parts of the hotel, which sucks when it’s cold. They have regular hotel rooms, and a couple of family suites with multiple bedrooms, which are adjacent to the main building. Those too could use a facelift, especially the bathroom. Walls are paper thin. You can hear next door neighbors talking at a normal volume. But for the price, they are a great value. The hotel allows dogs, which is awesome. You can also hit the 804 trail right from the hotel, or watch the ocean from many benches. Get an ocean view room, if you can. You won’t be disappointed. Staff has always been very very nice and the little gift shop inside is cute. There’s also a restaurant with the ocean view. We will definitely stay again.

Stayed here as it’s one of the few hotels along the Oregon coast. Very pricey, around $300 per night in July, and you don’t get much out of it. Rooms aren’t carpeted, bathrooms are small, and it’s just not comfortable. You even have to pay for breakfast, and the closest restaurant was like a 20-minute drive. Nice view and pool, though, and they had a s’more campfire the night we stayed. Not bad by any means, but not worth the Highway 1 uptick. If you’re coming south from Portland, I’d stay stick to I-5 till you hit Grants Pass and take 199 to 1 to ride it through N. California and the redwoods.

The staff was great and the location was good. However, the reason for the one star location is the hotel itself.1. They are remodeling but didn’t state it.2. The “food” you can have at the resort never did come, despite booking during the dates they stated it would be available.3. The hottub was broken4. There was a power outage (which happens) But there was 0 backup generator OR emergency lights. It happened twice. Freezing cold water, 0 light and the outdoor doors remained opened (completely unsafe.)5. Mold.6. Extreme wear and tear in the rooms.7. Internet was out the full visit. We were unable to move hotels due to the horrible storm. We did not receive a refund.please save your money and go somewhere with a better emergency plan.8. There was mattresses, broken chairs and debris all over the walkways.I videoed the darkness but it won’t let me add the videos. Please feel free to message me if you need them.
