We have been in this gallery several times over many years and always enjoyed looking. This trip we found a painting that we wanted to have shipped home for us. While Jackie was not overly friendly, she did say that she would contact us about the shipping price. We did not hear from her and when we finished our travels 2 months later and arrived home, the painting had not arrived. When I called about it, Jackie explained that she had tried to contact me, but that I had "ghosted" her. I never received her calls or messages. Then she did call back the next day and left a message. I called her back the following day and explained that we had other items shipped and nothing was as expensive as this item. In light of that we wanted a refund. She became very rude, unprofessional and would not let me talk without being interrupted. After two more phone calls, she did finally process a refund. Be sure you like the item before you purchase!!! Returns or refunds may be problematic!!!

I visited the gallery today, and I saw a piece of stacked ceramic heads that I interpreted as a homage to Pacific Northwest First Nation's totem poles. I complemented the owner with "your totem is quite wonderful," She snapped back with, "THERE ARE NO TOTEM HERE - THAT WOULD BE DISRESPECTFUL - it is a tower." I made a beeline to the door to escape her negativity. She followed me out the door to tell me how wrong I was. I did not enjoy the experiences.

The gallery has a good selection of interesting pieces created by talented Oregon artists and artisans. And the pieces are displayed in an attractive and artful manner. Though I had stopped by the shop intending to pick up a few gifts, I left empty-handed. The shop owner’s snippy and condescending remarks made for a very unpleasant shopping experience (and I wasn’t the only customer there who experienced this). Luckily there are a couple of galleries next door, and I did my gift shopping there.

This is a beautiful gallery with a large selection of high-quality art and craft works. However the owner (Jacquee) made my visit quite an experience. She was alternately chatty, rude and sarcastic. Not what one would expect from a shop owner. I won't be returning.

Wandering around this shop is like being in a museum. The quality of the goods in Touchstone is awesome, from the pottery to the cards and everything in between.

Stopped in to the gallery with intention to buy some Christmas gifts . Found many beautiful items, however the owner of the shop was extremely rude and not customer friendly so walked out. Would never go back .

What a splendid array of artists, most local to Oregon. This isn’t your typical gift shop of cute trinkets from hither and thither - it’s a carefully curated and affordable selection of handmade art - pottery, fiber arts, collage, mosaics, watercolor, mixed media. Very happy we discovered this gallery and added another artist’s work to collect.

Not going to lie-I went here to see the shop cats! The owner is friendly, loves to talk about the cats, and knowledgeable about the artists. Aside from petting the cute calico, I bought a kitty ring holder. There were so many items from silly to sophisticated. There are beautiful prints, original watercolors, pottery, jewelry, cards, scarves, etc.

This is our favorite place on the Coast to pick up quality gifts created by some very talented artisans. We continue to build a very nice set of vases, bowls and cups designed by a fine artist who signs her work "Tabby".

Who would have thought that tucked just outside this small village would be such a collection of inspiring art made by Oregonians and displayed to perfection. Owner, artist, and curator, Jacquee Christnot knows how to put together work that is relevant, whimsical, and draws one to wanting to know more about each artist. Well done!
