You will absolutely love this gem. Tucked away about 10 miles outside Yachats up Yachats River Road- this succulent farm is simply amazing. I had no idea what to expect when I opened the door to the massive greenhouse. Prepare to be amazed! It is beautiful with literally thousands of succulents. I was having a hard time deciding which one to buy! It is beautiful and the new owners and staff were gracious and kind and amazing! You must seek this place out!!! You will not be disappointed - seriously, I have never seen anything like it!

I can't believe how great this place is, how natural, how helpful the people are-- and just an unquantifiable number of well-attended cacti and succulents. What a great reason to travel to this mystical land.

A literal plant and succulent wonderland ✨? I would budget at least an hour (probably more) to explore and be sure to clear out some space in your car, you could get lost here - it's amazing. The owners and staff are all incredibly helpful and just generally super nice folks.A word of caution/pro-tip, in the summer this place gets wildly hot so be sure to bring water.

I've been enjoying this nursery since 2019 but now it has new owners and they have made the nursery look so much more inviting and organized and happy. I'm really excited and can't wait to visit again!

I first discovered this hidden gem in 2021 just as the new owners were getting up and going. I purchased a Madagascar Palm and a 3ft Old Man cacti. Wow, beautiful plants still going strong today. I recommend this source for succulent/cacti and am looking forward on a revisit this summer.Update on 8/1 2022:Made another trip out but was a bit disappointed. New owners took over about a year ago and selection and pricing changed.Selection: not as much. There was an additional greenhouse that were full of plants but is now used for propagating only. Also, larger cacti/succulents were cut back..alot.Pricing: with the inventory cut back, I presume they raised prices as an offset. I would estimate pricing is up 30-40%. Not a big deal unless you're looking for more substantial plants.All-in-all I was disappointed at the changes and since gas is alot higher and they are 10 miles east of Yachats, I'm rethinking where to buy. With the owners response, I have to say they have some valid reasons for the retail increases and selection decreases. As in all businesses, the bottom line is the bottom line. From the perspective of the consumer, I have to look at cost vs. benefit. Yes, prior to new ownership there was an abundance of larger cacti with wide ranging pricing so that there was a good to great chance of finding something w/in budget. Now, I was left with an enormously pared back assortment and could not find anything reasonable of 3ft. or taller cacti. I have gone to online purchasing and without traveling over 200 miles and the time/gas expense a non- factor, I am getting more bang for the buck.I wish the new owners luck in their new adventure and will give it a year and perhaps return to see if the renovations are finished at least to the extent that the greenhouse now used in propagating is back to showroom status.

One other item: in the owners response, they queried if I knew of another spot in Oregon with a better selection? My response is that in this day and age, local businesses do not have the luxury of only competing within the respective State but with the internet which gives an unlimited scope to our chasing power. My mantra is that I prefer shopping local and give a business first crack at my purchase. This is the case with Yaquina Nursery but with their issues described above, I am compelled to shop the internet. With the owners response, I have to say they have some valid reasons for the retail increases and selection decreases. As in all businesses, the bottom line is the bottom line. So many succulent babies! Very healthy. Hard to choose which ones must be adopted. All babies adopted last year are still living their best lives. This is a "must vist" nursery.

I love this nursery! They are the only one I've found that sell prickly pear cacti which can grow in ground in Oregon.

This place is amazing! We had the luxury of meeting with the owners who had the nursery for 30 something years I believe, they were so nice and knowledgeable and we also spent time conversation with the lady who was taking it over. It is always a pleasure to talk to kind people who love what they do!

Vast selection of rare and everyday succulents and cacti. Very knowledgeable staff and excellent prices. A beautiful drive from Yachats and the 101.
