I have found that Chris and Mo, the two people who work at the store to be very helpful and friendly. However the two brothers appear to not really care about the experience their customers are having. I try to support local independent businesses but this one does not inspire me to continue to shop there. When I asked one of the brothers about ordering an item it felt like I was asking them to pull out all their teeth. I don't know why there was such resistance, especially since they had ordered the item previously. These two brothers need to wise up -- they are a drastic contrast to Mike Dickey's friendly, knowledgeable and helpful service.

Has quite a selection for such a small store in a tiny town. You pay a bit more for the convenience of not having to travel into town to get what you need. Very friendly service.

The two brothers who work inside this place are rude, short spoken, aggressive, and will sell you the wrong stuff on purpose, then when you bring it back, they give you trouble. They have no idea about car parts, they have sold me the wrong auto part enough times that I will NEVER GO BACK! They are on their cell phones rather than helping customers, and when they do, they are short, unknowledgeable, and gouge people at every chance.

Glad this place exists, in a pinch you can usually find what you need without having to travel to Roseburg or farther.

Great friendly place and people. Love going there cause if it's not there they are quick to find out if they can order it for you. They help carry the heavy stuff out and load it.

Mitch and Pat operate a great Farm / Supply store. They have almost everything you think you could need, the ability to order things that you wouldn't think you would be able to, and the service from them and their staff is bar none.
