I wrote a very polite email inquiring whether they work on formica. Their response was one word: "No." Not, "Thank you for your email. We're sorry, but we don't work with formica." I teach business writing and communications at the college level. I'll be using them as an example of how NOT to communicate with customers.

I had door hardware replated and lacquered. The owner, John Stambaugh did a spectacular job and worked very hard to make sure I was completely satisfied. The hardware he replated looks fantastic. he is very knowledgeable and reliable and his prices are very reasonable. I will certainly use him again.
