I ordered food today. Brandon was the only working in the kitchen. He had 3 orders a head of mine. He was very friendly and polite. We talked and I appreciate his great customer service.

Keegan, a very polite young man who was my cashier, deserves a compliment. Felt compelled to leave a review in the hopes that management will see it and commend him for doing a good job.

Usually this Rutter’s is great, but I made an order today for a breakfast sausage wrap. I got the wrap, but nothing was on it except sausage and the cheese. Usually I would never leave a review like this, but this is kind of crazy. I’ve also ordered fries with cheese on top before that didn’t have any cheese, which I wasn’t worried about mistakes happen.

Caution! We stopped for gas here on 10/20. Lucky for us, my wife checked our debit card account the next day - because instead of being charged $15 (we have the receipt), they charged $150. We immediately disputed the charge and I went to the corporate web site to complain. This is my first and last time I will stop at a Rutter's for anything. UPDATE: It took two days but the charge was fixed to $15. The company responded to my complaint saying that they automatically place a $150 hold on gas purchases that clears when the charge is finalized. They claimed that this was a standard practice and that the problem was with the bank. I replied that I had never seen this in all my years of buying gas. It wasn't exactly my first tank of gas bought with a card. My wife said that she's seen holds of $1.00 for gas purchases, or that the charge simply goes through immediately. For us, the $150 hold was no big deal, but if you keep your account under a couple hundred dollars, it could easily result in an overdraft, with all the usual outrageous overdraft charges. My recommendation stands - stay away. PS - Neither the store clerk nor several of the customers were wearing masks, despite several warning signs saying it was a state requirement.

Fast to check out. Nice to us and everything. This one did not have the frozen foods but it’s ok because the place was smaller than normal.

Terrible service skills, half eaten pretzel left in the gum racks, the person in the fast food area waited until I paid to tell me they don’t have an item I ordered and was terrible at calling out finished orders. Saw other confused customers who were upset. Broken things left without care. Girl at the register felt unwelcoming didn’t offer a bag. Sorry if this sounds harsh but it’s true

The service at Rutter's is rarely ever quick. The employees never look excited about their jobs and therefore provides an atmosphere as though they don't strongly care about their customer satisfaction. I ordered food and when my order was complete they laid my food on the counter without announcing that my food was ready. I stared at the bag in which my food was in for over 5 minutes when i was clearly in a rush to get to my job when they finally told me that the bag sitting there was mine the whole time. Luckily, i made it to work on time but i sincerely believe that the employees at rutter's need to wake up! Stay on their toes and show more care for their customers.
