“We are repeat customers as Dan and his crew came to our new home about 2 years ago to refinish our original hardwood floors. We were so pleased with the service that we asked them to come out and give us a quote to do install LVP to match our other floors as best as possible in our second living room, which was originally carpeted. We got to utilize their mobile show room to pick the best floor, and Dan worked with our budget since we are typical DIYers. We decided to rip up the carpet ourselves, so the crew came in and installed the new LVP very quickly. “Well, let me say -- Good companies, especially contractor type -- require a good relationship. The customer and the company -- MOST especially the installers -- have to learn from each other. Specialty floors staff whenever we have used them does just that. They want the job to the right. They want the job to last and not have to do repairs. Our carpets are from them. Now, our new kitchen floor has their touch. This new project, especially, was a learning experience for me. Our house is small and presented some very unusual problems for the installers. Together, they did their thing and we resolved the punch list of items. Each house is a unique entity. Each house has its own special weirdness. Good contractors can adapt. Homeowners can learn from the installers and the staff, owner and administration. Grateful to all the EXTRA time that they took for me to make me one happy camper.”
