I am not the type of person to leave bad reviews I never do but this place is awful the store itself is way to cramped and it’s not the cleanest. I have been there twice and taken stuff to sell they take nothing. I had a very nice pair of Jordan’s brand new and they didn’t even take those but then you see all over their social media all of this trashy stuff overpriced I don’t recommend.

I went to give my clothes and for 8 items three new pairs of shoes ( Nike) , brand new Lilly Pulitzer, lululemon and other new items for 40 dollars . They scam and don’t let you see the clothes they chose and can’t refund. I expected more for the items I gave. They are stingy and cheap brand new price tag on clothes gave 5 dollars . Do not go here and good luck

I rarely leave reviews, especially a negative one but I took in a bag of nice clothes today to sell and the owner took 2 mins to look at my bag, it was almost untouched and said that they were brands that are in her store now and don’t sell. At least be respectful and take a little time to look through all of the items. Her items are overpriced and the store is packed. Good luck!

Love this place I found the Closet Exchange to be One of the best consignment stores in the region, being a person who travels and get around to different places, clean, friendly, good prices they just offer a lot of good things, high-end merchandise for low prices if you looking for a deal a deal that really want to make you feel good inside go to the Closet Exchange. I’m a African-American male and I tell you this they treat you with the respect that deserving of a human being. Good job closet Exchange keep going.

This place has been in business for a number of years , with all customer service it’s hard to please everyone but never less they try with trends and limited inventory space it’s very hard to buy everything, there is a lot of places in the area who have the same concept but do not have the loving care and consideration the ladies that work here have , between the men’s and kids sections it’s a one stop shop , very warm family owned place with great conversations and helpful staff
