Great designer clothes at consignment prices. The owner has an eye for style and knows how to put together great outfits and is very knowledgeable on the current trends and designers.

This is the worst place I’ve ever gone to sell in my life. As a side comment, after reading other comments I completely feel validated that they judge plus size women. But, more importantly, I went to sell an item, and because I didn’t have a receipt they couldn’t take it. That’s understandable, I get that certain things need validation and proof of purchase so that wasn’t a big deal to me. However, SNATCHING my item out of my hands, SCRATCHING and PICKING at it, and then WALKING AWAY from me after SHOVING the item in my face without so much as a “sorry we can’t take your item, have a good day” or something along those lines, is absolutely inexcusable and unacceptable. She literally just walked away from me as rudely as possible, and didn’t even give me the opportunity to thank her for her time! I will never, EVER, encourage anyone to sell or buy here. I cannot say enough that this was the most horrible customer service I’ve ever experienced.

It's not bad. Selling clothing to them, I won't try that anymore. The offer I received about 2 months ago on a large bag of Nike hoodie, tees, never worn Puma sneakers & Diesel, Lucky Brand jeans was bit of an insult, I decided to hold on to it and try and sell this a different way. (In all fairness, Platos Closet, other thrift/consignment shops are like this as well.) Buying items here, you can find some pretty decent clothing - good brand names, even lightly used big name brand, high end sneakers/shoes.

Please avoid this place at all cost . I was told that if I was to bring in my Moncler coat with verification they will buy. I get there and the lady is telling me she doesn’t know if it’s real. Mind you I bring in receipts the Neiman Marcus bag the Moncler hanger all the bells and whistles, not to mention the receipt serial number matches the number on the tag on the coat. I’m standing there waiting for a response for a hour while she literally looking at the same spots and asking customers that walk in if they own a real Moncler coat . Like there opinion matters enough to give me a decision . This place is ghetto and needs to be shut down . If you come in with expensive items they WILL try to lowball you and disrespect your knowledge . DONT DO IT. Also was told this places doesn’t welcome plus size individuals . I suppose if you have no choice at all but if you have a legit choice don’t do it .

I believe that the owner is prejudice against plus sized women. I recently lost about 70 lbs and have brought in about 75% of my old clothes to sell, all from Eloqui, Torrid and Lane Bryant. Some new with tags, never worn and they have never bought a damn thing. There plus sized section is dismal. It's a shame my clothes would have brought them money. Eventhough I am now in average size clothes I will never buy/sell my clothes There again.

The prices are getting way too high for this type of store.Edit:No longer a fan of this place. The atmosphere/vibe is off. The owner is not very friendly. Most consignment shops and second-hand stores give Senior discounts on Wednesdays, this store does not and the owner is aware that other stores do.

They accepted a non-functioning watch to sell. I bought it. When I got home, I tried to set the time, but the hands could not spin around the clock face. They do not refund accessories. Completely unacceptable customer service.

Half half experience with this place. I have found some pretty decent jeans, shirts, even sneakers here at a very good price. Clothing was in great shape, some still with original tags, Especially high end expensive Diesel jeans at a very low price. However it comes to selling my own personal items for a few bucks here (Brand new never worn USA Soccer Nike jersey, never worn Lucky Brand jeans - they were too big. Even unworn sneakers from Nike, Adidas, Puma, etc) it seems my stuff is not good enough for them...even though they sell the same thing. I've seen popular name brand sneakers here in some real beat up condition selling for $30+ . By the way, they did offer $2 for that Nike soccer jersey though, hard pass, I probably spent more money on gas getting here...I just gave it to my brother. I don't quite understand the policy, not my store, not my call though.

As far as secondhand stores go, this is a good one. I've purchased items and sold items (mine and my daughter's) at this location. The selection is typical of a secondhand store, with some items looking better than others - but I actually snagged a really cute white sweater recently (Express brand) that fit perfectly and was in great shape. Many of the items still have the tags on them. Yes, I did see a few items that weren't in such nice shape but that's to be expected at a secondhand store, things do sneak by. I've also had good luck selling here. The items I've had success selling include handbags I'm not using (hello, pandemic... I don't go anywhere anymore LOL), my daughter's clothing that she's grown out of and is still in nice shape, and some of my clothing as well. No, you're not going to get top dollar for your items, but that needs to be expected. If you have an item that you have a certain dollar amount in mind for, try Facebook Marketplace or an app - but of course, you might be waiting a while (or forever). For quick cash and decluttering nice items, this is the place to go. If you're in the area, check it out! The people who work there are also nice which is refreshing as compared to some of the other secondhand stores in the area.
