Called this cvs today to see if they had a particularly medication, left a message for a call back which they say would be in @ hour , after a there lunch and after @ 1-1/2 hours later i called and went right to pharmacy, the person was little to no help ,they didn't have what I needed, which I understand , but it was like pulling teeth to get her to finally look at her computer to see what store might have what I need , then we were disconnected, sounded like a hang up. I called back several times and I finally got through to the pharmacy, as soon as some picked up the phone I was disconnected again , got to be one of the rudest cvs s I've delt with , she had my phone # ,don't know why she didn't try to called me back as she knew how badly I needed my script filled .

I visited this pharmacy for the first time last week for a vaccine and while there had an extremely positive experience. Erin the pharmacist was extremely patient, professional, responsive, and helpful. Even though she appeared to be the only staff member on duty at the time, she made us feel like we were the only customer she had. She answered questions about side effects, administered the vaccine professionally and was friendly throughout the process. She made us feel welcome and appreciated. I truly don’t recall such a pleasant experience at any pharmacy I’ve been to.
I intend to move my future prescriptions to this CVS pharmacy because this is the type of service I want to support even if it is a bit further from my home.

Absolute worst experience. The pharmacists are miserable. Even the target customer service representative that had to assist commented how rude she was.

Don’t waist your time going here. This is by far hands down the worst pharmacy I ever been to.My doctor had to personally call three different times after sending it electronically the same medication and they still told me me he needed to call. I take a medication that I have to do for my life. I had to miss my planned vacation because they don’t know what they’re doing.

I stopped by at 10:30 AM to get a flu shot since it did not look busy at all at the pharmacy. There is a sign up that lists about 15 different vaccinations that you can get there. I was told they want you to make an appointment and they refused to give me the flu vaccine. This was 10:30 AM on a Tuesday morning with no one in line. Very poor customer service. So I took my business somewhere else. You need to do better than this.

Great place to shop for special occasions, or holidays and also the pharmacy is great! They always work hard to navigate the market place so you can purchase medicine at an affordable price. Great customer service.

The pharmacist called me and allowed me to pick up a prescription for my child before the pharmacy opened. He couldn’t even charge me bc the registers weren’t turned on yet. He said I could come back later to pay—-he saw how important it was to get my child what he needed asap. I thought this was amazing service. Thank you!

They keep you on hold forever and then they refuse to give you your meds you need to function I will be finding a new pharmacy worst pharmacy don't go here they are ableist too

Disappointed in the lack of returns/refunds. Why not allow customers store credit or full refunds when purchasing defective items. The store is not going to restock a broken item so why not compensate consumers. Unfair practices. Very disappointed in CVS Pharmacy!
