My experience is just the opposite of the other 2 reviews. I ordered a T.V. on July 6th, today is now September 8th and I still haven't received the T.V. The customer support person I have been working with for the last 2 months has been reassuring me that the T.V. is on it's way. I have been trying to communicate with the company, for the last 2 weeks, and now they seem to have quit responding all together. Buyer beware when dealing with this 5 star company.

A trusted online retailer of high-end electronics! I recently bought a computer system from here and it was such an amazing experience. Honestly, it turned out to be a hassle-free experience for me and proffered pleasant customer service. Their quality gets thumbs up.

It was a decent purchasing experience with these guys. Best Buy PCs gave me pretty good tracking information on my product while it was being shipped and would respond promptly. There was no deferment as such, just found their price a bit steep (but it was still cheaper compared to most other online retailers). So on whole, it was nice J
