Cashier was rude ignorant talking about me with other customers while the customer laughed so unprofessional,rude make the store look bad do better family dollar do better

They supposedly open at 8am. It's 9:05 and I'm sitting in the parking lot. The door is locked and the store is dark. Knocked on the door and nobody came. What happened, did everybody call out sick today?
