Customer service is great, they have been in business since 1925. They have a great selection of Dewalt Power Tools and accessories. They have any commonly used tool and other supplies found in big box stores with greater attention to customers. Chuck was helpful, delivery was on time and the guy was professional. Payment taken over phone which was very convenient but the only issue was the quality of the lumber 75 percent where crowned which when I got there to return balance I realized why, it was slim picking.
