i went here for the first time this is morning and it’s the best experience i’ve had at a labcorp (or quest) yet! the staff was super kind and accommodating especially considering i forgot my paper and had to run home and get it. they had nice smiles and talked to you like real humans. i’m not sure of the name of who drew my blood but she was so sweet and caring. i told her i usually pass out and she moved me over to the bed which has never been offered to me before. she asked if i had any preferences for a countdown and was telling me different tips she’s learned over the years. i can have hard veins to find and i’m usually sore after getting my blood drawn but she did it so easily and my arm feels completely fine!

Every time I visit LabCorp, the experience at the front desk is consistently disappointing. The staff often come across as rude and standoffish. If you ask a question, it’s as if you’re bothering them, and the response feels cold or annoyed. A little kindness and professionalism would go a long way in making patients feel more comfortable and respected.

Least professional, meanest group of people I've ever met for any business, which is saying something because this business is to interact with the customer all day. Pretty sure the one worker deleted my script intentionally. Save yourself the experience and book elsewhere, it'll be worth it.

Zero wait time, the staff, as always was friendly and respectful. The draw was done by James, pain free, (and what a nice person!), and quick.

Call this the hood lab !! This has got to be the worst place, that I have ever had to visit to get blood. The yelling from the reception desk is just blatant ignorant. Get off your butts come to the window and professionally call the person. It’s like an assembly
Line in there 5-6 curtains people just being sent back to get their tests, are you all counting how many folks you taking in and sending back?? People being told wait it’s full!! Whole set up horrible!!

GET YOUR LAB SLIPS PRINTED BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT HAVE THEM!!!!I have been here multiple times, battled with my Dr that they didn't order them.It was Labcorp.Save time,save frustration and walk in there with a printed out slip.I watched many people get turned away after I waited to find out.Three stars is fair because there are some nice people there,never got a bad phlebotomist here though.

Very frustrating. Today I went to get my blood work over there and I can’t believe how rude the person that got it done was. I have a very very thin veins and the only way I don’t have problems is getting the butterfly needle. I realized a while ago that the only way my arm won’t end in bad shape is with that kind of needle. However, I didn’t know that it could create such a bad behavior from that worker. She had the audacity to yell to another co-worker while I was still sitting on the chair “ I HATE WHEN PEOPLE ASK FOR BUTTERFLIES NEEDLES”. I mean, what kind of behavior is that? So unprofessional. Is she paying for that needle? Is that hard to get that needle? I could pay for that needle if that was the situation. I won’t go back to that place anymore for sure. Rude rude worker.

This labcorp is trash. The place is filthy and staff are very rude. Not exactly the experience you look for when getting bloodwork. Avoid this location.

Never had a problem here with staff. Very friendly and helpful. Sometimes it’s your attitude and approach that triggers a bad response from someone else.

Person at front desk (one with plaid head covering) shouted out my name from back. I went in & I was told I did not have orders from my Dr in computer. I asked her to double check bc office said they were in. She was SO RUDE & disrespectful & snapped back at me. I called Dr office (again) & was told the orders are there. I’ve been here a few times but will not be back. Their supervisor needs to read this & do some staff counseling. Horrible customer experience

The staff here are very rude and distasteful, especially Shareeta (African American Muslim women) I was waiting way to long even with an appointment and when I asked she told me to call Labcorp and tell them to hire more people and rolled her eyes. She even started banging on the wall and screamed “I am going on break and will be out front if someone had a problem” as if we was suppose to fight. I couldn’t believe the behavior I was experiencing there was no type of professionalism at all. Zero Stars!

Lab corps at Jefferson Abington provides excellent service to those needing blood work. Dawn, a phlebotomist there, is outstanding. She is very calm , quick and efficient. Dawn excels in her position .

This location should just say appointments only. Rather than have people check in and tell them it’s a 2-5 hr wait unless you had an appointment. And when you ask where you are on list, the answer is 2-5 hr wait?

Super UNPROFESSIONAL. The staff there is rude and inconsiderate. Went to get blood work and the lady got mad because she wanted to leave early. Rushed me, denied me my copy of paperwork and had an attitude. If you’re not good with people DONT WORK AT A LAB/CLINIC. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!
