When I asked the tech to file my crooked nail she got upset & walked away. The other tech said she couldn't do so she had to finish. If your doing a service please do it the way the customer wants it & not get an attitude! This isnt the first time I had a problem. Will not return. Also, I had to ask for oil on my nails! always great service and reasonable prices, i love the ladies and i think everyone is super hard on them, people yell at them for their accents and bad english and it’s honestly weird, they do a great efficient job and i love them !!Services: Nail art

Horrible experience, walked out without getting my nails done. Nail tech got upset because I couldn’t understand what she was saying to me, she dropped my hand turned around like I was annoying her. I kindly said what’s the amount I owe you for my pedi they charge me $55 and included taking off my overlay. They were rude and up charge me because I said how rude the nail tech was to me.Service: Pedicure

The short lady rushes through my nine year olds nails, misses some spots , and when asked to fix it she put glitter on top to cover it up and says that my daughter does not have any more nail to paint. I had to ask her for the polish to fix my daughters nails. Horrible experience with her and charged $40. I would be glad to have paid anything for better quality service. She got zero tip, . If I could give ZERO stars I would!!!!Been going to this place 3 years never had a problem. I missed one appointment due to an emergency and forgot to call. They blocked my number!!!!!! When I went in to see if I can get my usual pedicure and gel refill the owner told me she blocked my number. I can’t make anymore appointments for missing ONE appointment in 3 years. Then proceeds to tell me she can do my pedicure now and come back later that day to get my refill. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!Services: Pedicure

Hate this place. I’m a physician and the nail salon i usually go to wasn’t a available for an appointment . I wanted my nails done before going on vacation . I called this nefariou place and I told them I have pic of what I wanted done , I’ve only ever gotten a gel manicure but I wanted something different. When I made the appointment over the phone, The proprietor said no problem I can do it for you and come in an hour. I went and she screamed at me very rudely that she can’t do what I wanted so I decided to do what she could do for me. Now call me a dr but I always clean the tools of the salon with my own wipe. I always did that at my previous salon because of Covid. So maybe im a germ freak but I also respect the desire of my patients to have my tools cleaned in front of them. So when I asked if I could clean the 3 tiny tools with a Clorox wipe, the owner and the tech told me they couldn’t help me if I requested to clean the tools. It gets worse. I asked them that’s fine I can do it their way. However they still wouldn’t serve me and I was stupid enough to ask why. I left and I found pearl salon. Do yourself a favor? Stay away. Someone else wrote a similar review on here I should’ve read it before I went but I was desperate for service. I think they refused me service because they thought that I would get infection there seriously. Why would you refuse someone service when they decided that they would trust her instrumentation and just have the service rendered. I assume that they thought that if there was gonna be any problem they would be in trouble. Anyway please don’t go there!

They are always so fast. Very nice. They're not pushy. They do just what you ask. Even if they are busy. They'll ask you to come back & always squeeze you in. It's a very clean nail salon too. I highly recommend Nail Studio

My mani/pedi was mediocre, at best. I chose a sheer color, and only got two coats instead of three. She so didn't seal the edge of my nail with polish. Almost no hand or foot massage. They weren't rude, but they were expensive, with no clear pricing for a mani/pedi combo. This place is conveniently located for me, but will never be a favorite.Services: Manicures

As i was walking in, a customer coming out told me to be careful. She had asked to have rhinestones put on and the owner told her to come back some other time to have them put on. Mind you, there was NOT ONE OTHER PERSON in the place. Another lady walked up and said, i used to go there until i asked to have a shape fixed and she told me since i thought i could do better, go home and do it myself. Now let me note, that i only go here if im rushing, so i went in. The owner said”oh did that lady complain and tell you to go somewhere else?” I laughed and said yes. She looked at me and said so why dont you go some place else then. I was shocked, but again in was in a rush so i said, well im already here so lets get started. The entire experience was horrible, crooked nails, uneven, wrong shape. After having to argue about how none of the nails were even, i left. STAY AWAY. Owner has the worst attitude EVER!Services: Acrylic nails

Horrible and rude. I decided to do a walk in today because I wanted a pedicure and I was berated by the owner for not being a regular customer. Yet she didn't turn me away as a walk in and she waited until I got in the chair to interrogate me asking, "what salon do you normally go to and why did I choose to get a pedicure today?" She said if I waited 3 weeks and no appt she would not do my toes. I go to a salon but just decided to stop in as a walk-in. What's the big deal? I explained i just wanted to and told her my normal salon name. Pedicure was $30 and I paid $40. I asked the owner why other walkins were allowed and then you questioned me only. She said she had cancellations. Lies. There's a walk-in sign in sheet at the desk. She said it's only her and 1 worker now. Ok and the Salon was empty. She lost workers and customers she said. I just couldn't understand the connection. Clearly you do walk-ins, as 2 came in after me. Well see my toes. I dont recommend this salon to anyone. She was rude and seemed like she had a lot of hate in her heart. My toes were not nicely done. See pictures. Avoid this salon by all means. She lost workers and customers apparently for being mean and unprofessional. You can't bully a good paying customer to be regular.

Very pleasant environment! They are always quick whether I make an appointment or simply walk in! The two things I don't like are, the workers talk among themselves and not in English. They don't engage the customers that much!! I miss the ORIGINAL OWNERS of Nail Studio.
