Lightning speed in filling my script. I was on my way home from to doctor’s office when I received a call my script was ready. Able to start treatment upon arriving home. No second trip needed. Far exceeded my expectations.

The staff at the Rite Aid in Roslyn are so pleasant and accommodating. Mike and the staff in the Pharmacy are so knowledgeable and helpful. They always handle any questions and issues with medications professionally and with customer safety in mind. I would highly recommend them and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Always service with a smile from everyone.

Prescriptions are always filled on time. Drive-thru service is immaculate. Pharmacists are kind, knowledgeable, and fill orders quickly. Store has a decent selection of holiday and seasonal items. Hygienic products are well stocked. Prices marked are as they appear at checkout. The cashiers always ask me how I'm doing, if I have a rewards number, and if I want receipt. I've never had a bad experience here. Everyone works very hard. It's a good store with good employees.

This store is managed so bad in the pharmacy department area. Every time I try to get something filled they don’t have it or it’s out of stock. How can you be out of Amoxicillin 250 ? I worked for Rite aid before, we always stock that medication. The Techs and the Pharmacist are so rude and dismissive like they can’t be bothered.

I called my local rite aid to find out about a product the individual Hayden.. had me on hold for well over 15 minutes to which by then I had already made it to his store I came in and realized the gentleman that was supposed to be looking up an item for me was just standing behind the counter simply keeping me on hold. Not very professional will definitely go to CVS from now on

Decent store with primarily decent stock and nice pharmacists with the exception of the ginger guy with the beard who’s consistently miserable and ridiculously rude for virtually no reason. Completely unsure how he’s still employed.

Great service at both the pharmacy and the front cashier. Great seasonal sales. Store is clean but hurts your eyes because of how bright the lights are since they remodeled.

By far the Roslyn is the friendliest and cleanest from NY to TN.

The pharmacy at this location is PHENOMENAL; it’s, without any hesitation or doubt whatsoever, THE BEST PHARMACY I’ve ever utilized in my life (I’m 62 and I’ve had and have numerous serious health issues throughout my life - e.g., I’ve undergone two open-heart surgeries [the first in 2002; it was supposed to last only 4-6 hours - it ended up taking 12 hours, plus another approximately 3 hours [the surgical team had sewn me up and sent me to the CCU; I began to bleed profusely, so I had to go back fo surgery for another 3 hours] - 15 hours total! I also “flatlined” for a few minutes during the first 12 hours // the second occurred in 2011; the 4-6 hour surgery expanded to 9+ hour's, again with complications]; I’ve been battling an incurable and terminal cancer - Multiple Myeloma - for 8 1/2 years…that’s 8 1/2 years of different but continuous chemotherapy and chemotherapy augmentation treatments [I’ll have to be on some type of chemotherapy regimen for the rest of my life]; I have Prostate cancer, which was treated with eight weeks of radiation therapy [for those 8 weeks, I had both chemotherapy and radiation therapy]; I have life-long asthma & all-season allergies; I have presbyesophogus; I’m being treated for permanent injuries [left-knee tibia plateau fracture and Persistent Post-Concussive Syndrome] following an incident in May 2010…as I was walking in a crosswalk on a green light, a SUV smashed into me; I was in a coma for a week when I was 19, due to thrombophlebitis-cellulitis; I had contracted a nasty case of MRSA in 2010; etc., etc., etc…). My pharmaceutical needs are complex (and they must be rigidly followed); ALL the Rite Aid pharmacists at this location brilliantly keep up with my overwhelming and constantly changing amount of pers option needs. I trust them - COMPLETELY- with my life. If they question anything about my pharmacy requests (e.g., if the prescription’s lacking the appropriate information; if there are contraindications; which over-the-counter meds are most effective and/or least expensive; etc.). They necessarily are experts as to all my meds and medical conditions; their advice is spot-on, 100% correct and given in a friendly and no-nonsense manner. There always smiling faces, welcoming and warm demeanor, and seemingly personalized care are all on display 24/7/365.The folks who work in the pharmacy are all consummate professionals. In their manner, dress, appearance and customer interactions, they rank amongst the highest of professionals in my life (I’m an Ivy League Law School alum). I respect, cherish and depend upon them to keep me alive - which they do, again, 24/7/365.This locations’s managers are ALWAYS on the ball (like handling customer issues); I always see them working: with customers; with store employees; stocking merchandise; cleaning, etc. The managers and store personnel are always friendly, courteous and helpful.
