Isaac treated me and my husband so well. It started with him following up immediately in text and it continued when we came in. He made sure we got to learn about all the cars we were interested in and test drove the ones we liked. Next he answered every question we had and never applied any pressure. Truly, I felt safe, heard and wanted to buy from him. Once we picked out the car, we were informed of all our financing options and insurance. Every staff member took their time and truly treated us like family. I'm so grateful that this is where we made this purchase. Shout out to Judson who made sure to introduce himself and wave of us in our brand new CX-30.

I have a really horrible experience with this dealership, specifically with your salesman, Issac. My trust and patience were severely tested throughout my car purchasing journey, they sold the car I had already placed a deposit on.Around a month ago, we ordered a CX30 2023 from your dealership and promptly made a deposit to secure our purchase. A deposit symbolizes a mutual commitment; we held up our end of the agreement by waiting patiently for over a month. When the car was finally delivered, we anticipated a swift completion of the remaining formalities.However, Issac informed us that the bank required time to process our loan application. While finance applications can take time, I was alarmed to discover today that my Chase bank account had three hard pull records, all dated for today. This indicates that no serious attempt was made to process our application until the very last moment. I doubt the salesman try to find potential buyer who can pay more for that car, that's why he spent so much time to process that car.Further exacerbating our concerns, despite assurances that we would receive a 2.9% APR as stated on your website, Issac informed us on the pick-up day that the best rate available was above 10%. This abrupt change felt disingenuous and was not in line with our prior understanding. To add insult to injury, when we decided to visit the dealership to discuss and negotiate the rate in person, Issac disclosed that our car had been sold to another buyer. This breach of trust and agreement, particularly after accepting our deposit and making us wait for over a month, is deeply disappointing and unprofessional.

DisappointedWhen this dealership/service center was Sussman, I was always satisfied with the service I received. Not anymore! My last visit was for routine service. I don't drive much, and my SUV was running perfectly. First, they refused to honor my pre-purchased oil change card -- telling me that it had expired. The service took three times as long as estimated, and I was told that repairs that I had not been asked to approve, and which totaled over one thousand dollars, had been performed. I objected, and they told me that it was too late, the service had been performed and had been required for safety. When I reviewed my bill, i saw that I was charged twice for some services. My email coupons, presented at the time I arrived, were not honored. They had removed the charges for the unapproved services, telling me that they had not yet been performed -- contrary to what I was originally told. Worst of all -- a few days later, my daughter ran over a nail and pulled into a gas station when the tire light appeared. The service station checked the psi on all four tires. They were alarmed to report that all four tires were inflated to more than double the maximum recommended psi! They told my daughter that whomever had filled the tires was trying to kill me. That's what you get for questioning an invoice.One additional point -- when I dropped off my car, I waited as a woman was told that her repair would require a new part, and that she would be telephoned when the part arrived. She agreed, and left. While I was at the desk, someone from parts came to the front and asked the representative whether he should call the woman to get an approval on the price of the part. He was told to just order the part, no approval needed.

STAY AWAY!!!!!Wish I could give negative stars! Absolutely HORRIBLE! Shady business practices..... multiple hours spent there.....waiting 3 weeks for a car they sold out from under me....only to leave without a car..... they pulled every slimy car dealer trick in the book! I'm so glad to have walked out on them!!!

Run don't walk.... Horrible dealership...Would rate 0 if possible... On top of how awful my purchase was the dealerships landscaper wanted to fight me because I told him he was blowing mulch all over me and my new car. This was because I advised him he has to be cognizant of his surroundings. Witnessed by dealerships personnel Chris from sales and Eric from finance.... Mazda will certainly be interested in my experience...

I will never come back here for car service. This is under new ownership (the Rosenthal Group) and is no longer Sussman Mazda. Mazda of Abington service department is a scam system. I went for a scheduled oil change and waited 5 hours. I was also told that the cabin air filter needed changed in my vehicle (although my husband literally just replaced it). I told the service manager I did not want a new cabin air filter, and they did it anyway and charged me $50 dollars for the service. After a greater than four hour wait for an oil change appointment and two other customers in line with similar complaints, I gave up, paid my bill and left.

I purchased a car from mazda on 3-25-23 and was overcharged to items. I have been trying to resolve this for two months to no avail. Would not recommend this dealership.

I still have not been paid for the damage to my vehicle. They have disregard the court order to pay. 60 year old black woman vs I large are rich car dealership sussman. What is this world coming to. Sad

We had an outstanding experience at this dealership from start to finish. It began with Kelly, in sales, who answered all of our questions and was accessible from morning to evening to ensure every request was met with a timely and thorough response. The sales manager, Eric, is kind, knowledgeable and fair..., leading to our decision to purchase our first car in a quite a few years. Nothing was missed, no question too small, no concern trivialized... We were ultimately treated with the kind of respect one can only hope for when purchasing a car. I would say that both of us have high standards and aren't easily impressed. I'm glad to be writing a great review...haven't felt this way in some time:)

We just purchased a Mazda CX-5 for my daughter as a early surprise graduation gift. This purchase was an important one as it was for her to start her journey into medical school. Our top priority was safety and reliability above all. Kelly at Sussman was a total joy to work with. She didn’t waste my time trying to push vehicles on me that didn’t fit my needs. She listened and found us the perfect vehicle. She even loaned us a big red bow to surprise her! This card almost slipped through our hands but somehow it must of been meant to be. Thank you again Kelly at Sussman for the quick painless purchase.

2019 CX-5 needed a new engine 9 months in and less than 15000 mile. Was told that this is a known issue and that they're replacing about 2 per week. Some engines stopped while the car was being driven. I inquired about how to make my experience better as it obvious I had a lemon. Sales rep Jeffrey offered to get me into a 2020 CX-5 with a higher payment. Contacted the general manager, David Jensen and he also said the best they could do was a newer car with an increase monthly note. Sleezy car dealership is an understatement.
