This was an excellent experience, not like the Roosevelt Blvd location. PJ was great, service was quick, and equipment in very good shape and ready in a few minutes. This is definitely my new UHaul favorite location.

Impossible to get anyone on the phone that can assist you in any meaningful way. Paid in advance (big mistake) and when it was time to pick up the truck, nobody could give me an access code for the key box. After two hours I called my credit card company and cancelled payment.
