“I cannot stress enough how phenomenal Anila is at her craft! She took my bridesmaids dress and absolutely did magic on the dress with the alterations and tailoring. She makes you feel at home and actually cares about the people coming into her door. I am always worried about getting things tailored especially due to my height and measurements, but she absolutely nailed it and I felt so confident in the dress. I’ll definitely be coming back soon! “This is where customer service lives! It's been forever since I had such a great shopping experience and I had never previously shopped for bras without total frustration, tears, and nearly pulling a muscle trying to get them all off and on.
Leah made it a complete pleasure to shop for bras like never before. It was like a puzzle she kept trying to figure out as I continued to explain why each bra wasn't the one. It even occurred to me that thought I'd stump her. Nope. She kept going until I was SUPER HAPPY.
...I will say that I spend a bit more than I have in the past but none of my bras of the past have fit me like the bras I bought from Mi Lady. NONE OF THEM.
So I bought two bras...to start. Actually I bought a third one today. Now I want them ALL because I had such a great experience there.
Don't just think about going to Mi Lady- GO.”

Love the onsite staff on the floor who provides perfect measurements and assists with locating sizes and offers good style and fashion advice ? The tailor onsite is on point too and the tellers are always friendly and personable.”

“Had the best experience yesterday with Susannah! She went above and beyond to help my sister find new bras that made her feel comfortable and confident. She had great knowledge about the products in store and brought out so many different styles and sizes for my sister to try on so that she could find the best one. Did not catch the manager on duty’s name unfortunately, but shoutout to her as well for going out of her way to check drawers and the back for a pair of shorts I was interested in and then reminded me that I can get free shipping by ordering in store! “The staff at this location are very kind, welcoming, and approachable! Not even 5 seconds in the door and I was greeted with a compliment on my head wrap☺️. I found everything I was looking for quick and easy, and was especially happy with my size being in stock. There were staff members on the floor and ready to help if needed, and when it was time to check out, there was not a long wait; I was literally in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. This is my first time at this location, I’d normally go to the Parkside location because I’m from West Philly and it’s just convenient. “I always love coming back to this thrift store. As a lifetime resident of Willow Grove, the town was sorely missing a thrift store, and this one definitely fits the bill! I’ve found some beautiful vintage pieces for CHEAP, and this store is the only one in the area I’ve been able to consistently find plus size vintage. The ladies who work here are always lovely to talk to as well. Will always revisit!!”
