Was in shopping today….do you close at 5 or 4:45, because I was told I couldn’t shop the upstairs at 4:40…because that section was closed. In Greensburg on a picking trip…won’t be back, poor customer service. Was never created or asked if needed assistance taking items to the counter. After being told could go up stairs, left the store and items I put on the hold shelf.

decent place. lots of stuff; some priced right, some overpriced. and I get they don't set the prices. not a big fan of how you are followed and watched around the store. the one guy literally stared me down as I was walking down an aisle with merch in my hand. ease up a bit detective.

I've been a regular shopper for years, and spent hundreds of dollars. My most recent visit, I was shopping at the upper level, and a woman working there, grabbed my basket full of items (along with my wallet) and said "here, I'll take this downstairs for you" then she went over to another shopper, and grabbed her item and said the same thing. Very aggressive treatment! I will never shop there again.
