Her establishment is beautiful and tidy, the atmosphere is soft and comfortable, her personality is just unbelievable and she’s an outstanding beautician. To gain all she has to give at an extremely affordable price is something you can’t find anywhere these days except for at “Styles Underground”.

Amy Sue did a fabulous shampoo cut n style. Made me feel beautiful after I tried n failed to cut my own waist length hair. She helped me decide hiw much to take off so my hair is healthy n tangle free! Love u girl!

It’s actually a bummer for me to post this, because I have known A*y (the owner) (I can’t say the name or she can have this taken down) for a long time. I have not gone to her for hair in many many years, but recently I struggled a mental breakdown, cut all of my hair off, and then entrusted, my new locks to A*y. She was unsure of how great it would look after because of my hair being short, I did tell her that I did not care as long as I had long hair. I stand by that. It honestly looks like I have a mullet, my family and friends have laughed and called me Joe dirt, and even that I would have looked over and waited for my hair to grow in. The issue is now that she installed them incorrectly, I’ve had to go to two other professionals who now gave me a quote of $1900 to fix this problem. They have pictures and videos to prove that they were installed incorrectly and caused further damage to my hair and my scalp. A*y charged me $1400, and when I reached out to her regarding this, she simply refused to refund any of my money, even though I offered to pay her for her time, and just get the rest. She said she would take them out, but unfortunately the damage has been done, and I do not trust her with my hair. Instead of doing the right thing, I now have to sue her, please make sure you do your research, don’t trust people just because you know them.

Wanted my hair cut as it suddenly seemed to be getting on my last nerve. Called, scheduled a next day appointment. Amy was very accommodating. She doesn't go too short like some stylists. She listens and I was so satisfied that I scheduled an appointment for my husband and he looks good!

Awesome...I was a virgin to professional dyeing/highlights/lowlights..Thought little green men were being signaled due to foil on top of up my head. But, ALL was well. Comfortable atmosphere and very pleasant conversation. Had my trepidations. But, myself as well as family members loved the outcome. Thank ya much! See you in October!

This is the worst salon run by such a rude, arrogant woman named AmySue, who has no idea how to treat a customer! She has absolutely no people skills, and, truly appears as if she is on drugs, which is a bit scary, especially while handling scissors! She doesn't listen to your needs and simply cuts your hair how she feels it should be cut! A stylist should listen to the customer not do as she wishes and then act proud about it! This poor attitude creates unhappy as well as distressed customers! Horrible! This is not how a salon should be managed and operated. Seek valuable service elsewhere if you truly care about your hair's results and a pleasant experience.

I think Amy Sue does a fantastic job!!! She makes sure you have your hair styled the way you want. Not to mention how lovely it is to speak with her. She has good prices on products and styles!! I would 1000% go to this salon.
