They'll accept your booking/reservation and confirm it even when they don't have a valid car (one-way) available. And let you know they can't honor it only at the desk. Stranded us on a weekend away with no other options or alternatives offered, even though we called twice and asked beforehand.

Everyone at the office was very kind. I only had my car for one day but the vehicle was clean and free from any major damages. I utilized thr pickup and drop off services which was super helpful for me since I didn't have access to any transportation.

I give them 5 stars because I'm hoping they will take me off the do not rent to this guy list! There so handsome and smart! They always dress so fashionable and are supercool people in the world! In my defense, that tree ran out in front of me! Now there is a tree crossing sign. Watch out!

The check in service was fast and to the point. I did tell them I would be using there ez pass but they forgot to turn it on and I got charge the extra price. And it took them 4 days to put my deposit back in my account. But still a very nice car drove well got great gas mileage.

Waited almost 2 hours to be picked up for the driver to go to the wrong location. The driver was very friendly and drove safely, that was the upside.Once at the location they only had one vehicle that was over my maximum allowance for the day. They had one or two vehicles for rent that morning only. I agreed because I had to go to work and was already running very lTeMy only other option was to be dropped off, leaving me without a vehicle.I came back the next day to retrieve a vehicle closer to what my insurance covers. I was told they would have a specific vehicle, which was false.The rep wasn't rude but misleading and manipulative. I switched my vehicle out three times. The vehicle I have now needs an alignment and pulls to the right often and left. The wheel vibrates at certain speeds when I'm in the expressway. I also smell coolant after driving the vehicle distances. There is a light that comes on that says maintenance equired. There was also trash left in the vehicle from the previous driver.I kept the vehicle because of the hassle.The gentlemen that assisted me was courteous and helpful

Went to this location today to pick up a one-way rental that was booked a week in advance. When we arrived to pick it up, the employees told us that their manager told them not to allow any one-ways. They gave no prior notice and did not offer any alternative options. This was a corporate rental account with high volume, but none of that mattered. This location has no respect for the travel plans of their customers and is not trustworthy. Avoid!

I’m proud to be a loyal Enterprise customer. Staff are kind, courteous, and very understanding. I always try browsing for deals at other companies but in the end I always book with Enterprise.

Absolutely the most disgusting experience. My wife has been in contact over and over with an enterprise associates try to sell us a car. Because we have a rental from them due to an accident. Turns out the Akron office took advantage of my wife in a bad moment and put her in a vehicle that was not covered under the insurance policy. And even after speaking with an associate over and over and asking when this car needed to be returned they told us you would be contacted when the car needed to be returned. Now today we’re called and told we’ve gone over our claim amount and the car needed to be returned already and it’s not going to be covered…. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this office at all costs!!!

I have an issue with Enterprise in general and the fact that they do not openly tell you that if you rent a vehicle that has an EZ Pass in it, you will be charged at the non-EZ Pass rate.I rented a vehicle because I was involved in an auto accident. I used the vehicle to travel to New Jersey because I was going to buy my replacement vehicle from a dealership in Tom's River NJ and drop my rental at an Enterprise near the dealership.Well, the vehicle purchase didn't go through and I had to drive the vehicle back to Pennsylvania.About a week after dropping off the rental car, at their Exton Enterprise, I saw there was a charge of $74.76 from Enterprise toll collection. I contacted Enterprise and told them that if I had known I would be charged at the non-EZ Pass rate I would have taken my own EZ Pass Transponder to use.They stated that it was in the agreement that I had signed and I said, who reads that entire agreement before they sign? Something like that should be openly discussed by the salesperson when the contract is signed, not buried in a contract that most people don't even look at.I was then given the contact number for the toll collection department; went over the same argument that I had stated earlier and was told that the difference between having an EZ Pass and not having an EZ Pass would be refunded to me. The money was refunded to my account. The refund was $37.50 of the $74.76.Just today I looked at my checking account and saw another charge of $35.10 and a pending charge of $4.40. Total of $39.50! $2 more than what they had refunded me!!!I tried calling the Enterprise number and was again directed to call the closed toll collection department!!I do hold this Car Rental dealer location partially responsible because they are the ones that had me sign off the rental agreement without really going over it with me.Absolutely ridiculous!! I'm sure it's no different than any other Car Rental place but I didn't rent from them!!Shame on me for not taking the time to read every single word of the rental agreement!! Hopefully, you at least know that now!

Reservation made on 9/6.Car needed on 10/20 for a family trip.Scheduled pick up time was 9am. I received a phone call at 8:45am to tell me they had no cars available until "later in the afternoon". They had no other options to choose from. I was willing to upgrade to a higher priced model.....I just needed a car. The man on the phone said people extended their rentals and left them with no options. He then told me I could look for a car at a different Enterprise location.He could have at least offered to look at other options for me as I was heading to the lot to pick up my rental.Poor customer service and apparently making a reservation 6 weeks ahead of time doesn't guarantee a car will be available.
