The team was friendly and very helpful. They got everything fixed quickly and we were very happy with the work completed. Our Enterprise car rental was delivered right to the shop when we dropped the car off and we were able to return the rental right to Bumpers Etc. when we went to pick our car up.
The team is highly skilled and and knowledgable about cars and was able to give us a really good overview of the work that would need performed and when we could expect it to be completed. I highly recommend this business.

They did a great job with a dent/paint chip in my new vehicle. They are willing to explain the process to you and answer any questions you may have. Their customer service is very impressive! Todd and all the people in the office I met were very friendly and helpful. They know what they are doing to summarize the review!!! (Also are good with insurance/rental car information).

Took my black truck to Bumpers etc to get ceramic coated Numerous existing scratches on it Dustin said he thought they could get 80-90% of the scratches out When they were finished they got 95-98% of the scratches out The owner Nate worked on it like it was his personal vehicle Couldn’t be happier with the finished product and would recommend Bumpers Etc to anyone looking to get there vehicle ceramic coated!!

After polishing my cloudy headlights three times in the last four years, I heeded the advice of my mechanic and took my Honda to Bumpers. They gave me three different options for repair/replacement, were friendly, courteous and willing to work with my schedule. It's been about a month now and every time I drive my car after dark I think of them with gratitude. I hope my car will not need additional bodywork, but if it does, I would return without hesitation.

Handled everything for me & worked with my car insurance after I was rear ended. It was such an easy process with Bumpers etc. Hopefully wont need collision repairs in the future but if I do, I'll come here first.

Amazing job all around. From the first phone call after an accident, Todd was so helpful without even knowing if I was bringing it to Bumpers. I chose this shop because I knew I would be in good hands even though it was a drive for me 3x (estimate, drop off, pick up). My car was done in 3 days ! Not to mention it was pristinely cleaned. Amazing, and they were helpful at pickup as well as it was during a storm. Would travel back here for any auto body needs.

I've been in desperate need of finding a body shop willing to help me locate and install door seals for my 1985 Lincoln Town Car. OEM door seals cannot be found for this car, and trying to find a good duplicate is difficult. When I first called, they immediately offered to assist me when other shops denied my request due to my car's age. I had excellent communication with Todd, and Nate is very friendly and informative. I found a seal that I thought would work. Nate took the time to compare it with my original door seal. He didn't charge me anything, and he didn't make it seem like I was a bother. This alone indicates how great of a company this place is. I look forward to the end results!
Update! They installed the seals and they did a great job. The best part is no water got in! I can't thank everyone here enough for all their help. This company has great communication, they're very friendly and their prices are really good. Thank you again everyone because this surely made my day!

I have used Bumpers, ETC in Akron, PA on two occasions and was completely satisfied both times. They had an excellent working relationship with my insurance and they also have a partnership with the nearby rental agency which made my drop off and pick up so easy. Thank you.
