Some find it quick, efficient, and very awesome with polite and helpful staff. Others report issues, with cashiers needing more experience, having a hard time locating held packages, or being unable to send packages at certain locations. Customers can also redirect packages for pickup using FedEx Hold at Location.

I want expecting much help, considering it was inside a Dollar General and these people have other things to do. I was very wrong to make a judgement before I tried them. They were fast, they were efficient and when I have over my package of dubious wrapping, they accepted it with a smile and shipped it off.

Brought my prepaid and labeled package to the cash register. The woman took the box, scanned the label, and sent the receipt to my cell phone. Quick and efficient!
