I had a very positive experience with Boomers FlooringWe were replacing the carpet in our room with hardwood floors. So we decided to try a local place here. Christine was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with us when we came into the shop. We didn’t know anything about flooring. But I liked that Christine was honest and really broke down the different types of hardwood floors. We decided to go with a laminate floor. The store had great selections with many different brands and hardwood floor colors. All in all, it took about 3 weeks after we put in our order, to get the floors installed, since we had to wait on the supplies to come in. Once the supplies came, they informed us and scheduled a time. When they came, our hardwood floors were installed within 3 hours. Fantastic!We are very happy with the beautiful work Boomer flooring did. I love my floors and I’m definitely happy I chose this company to work with. I recommend them to anyone looking for a local company to install some hardwood floors.

In a rush to move in and erase the damage of nightmare renters, my family and I contacted Boomer flooring to get new carpeting put in. They were immediately understanding and empathetic to our situation so they went above and beyond by providing us a contact for painter and were able to help us expedite not only their own flooring installation but also the painting which was provided by another. They offered us a great selection, amazing pricing, and were honest about everything! It's hard these days to find good service that does not rip you off these days. The job was down quick and the flooring looked immensely different. They even worked with us to install the flooring when we were not home. See below for the before and after!

Boomer flooring is a great local hardwood flooring company. If you're in the area, use them. I mainly dealt with Christine who is helpful, friendly and honest. We used them to put in flooring for our master bedroom. The installer the floors within 3 hours and did a beautiful job. I'm so happy I worked with them.

The installers came right on time as expected clean neat courteous Man. Worked very hard to install my carpet looking beautifully. Christine my sales person was a joy. Very helpful in directing me in the type of carpet that I was looking for. Very happy with my purchase and will continue to work with Boomer.

My wife and I had some really awful renters that burned our counter top, dining room table, and carpets in our dining and living room. Chris came out almost immediately, assessed the damage, and gave us several options. We ended up going with Mohawk LVT flooring and Christine showed us several options in their well stocked shop. They worked with us to get the work done around a very busy summer rental season and we couldn't be happier with the work they completed. Would recommend to anyone in the area thinking about new flooring.

5 stars WITH CAVEATS. The owners are great- we had issues with the install crew. They created some huge headaches and potentially very costly issues for us as homeowners. Because this is a vacation home, we were not present at install when mistakes were made, so it was quite a surprise when we arrived at our home. Mistakes happen in business and we are happy to say that Chris and Christine worked carefully and respectfully with us to make it all right. Expecting flawless service anywhere is not entirely realistic, but the heart and soul of a business is how they respond to mistakes. 5 stars to Boomer for that. And the floors look GREAT!
