My dog LOVES this place -- drop off & pickups are always fast & efficient, it's very clean with friendly well-trained staff, and there are a whole slew of services & amenities you can add on to the visit. Highly recommend.

My dog use to love it here! Excited to go every morning. He always use to hang by the door waiting to come. Unfortunately he was experiencing some issues with the other dogs in the daycare after months of attending so we decided it was best to part ways.

I highly recommend this place. We take our Lab here for daycare occasionally. He has a great time and the staff is super friendly with great communication skills.

Love this place, my pekingese started going here and she seems to get excited. They been very honest about walks which I wouldn't have known so props to them. Very convenient and they post daily on social media to monitor your pet. Very comfortable style rooms for dogs also

First time taking my doggie there for grooming and the ladies were so incredibly nice. This was the first time Abby went back with a groomer and didn't need to be "pulled" to get her back! When we came back to pick her up she was excited of course to see us but loved girls there as well! I highly recommend them. Will definitely be back when she needs to be groomed again!!
Took Abby there today for an introduction for daycare and boarding. They gave you a tour and the facility is bigger than I thought and clean. Everyone was incredibly nice. Looking forward to her first daycare next week!

I wish there was more flexibility for drop off and pick ups, but the staff is super nice, my dog comes home happy and tired, and it's a great price relative to others.

My wife and I are fairly new to the area, and we were referred to cold nose Lodge by a close friend who has used their services for quite some time. our one year old golden retriever Libby was in need of some dog interaction ,as we live in a rural area and Libby was not exposed to many other dogs, or even people for that matter. The staff at Cold nose lodge was very professional and inviting when we made our first visit with Libby, since then Libby has been going about twice a week for half day doggy daycare, Libby was apprehensive the first day or so, but since then she is excited when we get there , and the experience has been wonderful for her. It is always difficult leaving your dog with people you do not know, but I assure you the staff at cold nose Lodge are truly dog people. They are dedicated to making sure that your dog has the best experience possible, I would highly recommend them. They will certainly love and care for your dog as you do.

For such a niche service, you would think being polite and respectful to your 1 year+ customers would be vital for business success in a rural town. Not here. Condescending attitude was the norm with female staff and female owner (the young man was very nice) It is more expensive than other daycares and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Good riddance

I took my dog there for 2 nights boarding and she did well. I didn't like that I had to take some time off work to get her introduced to the "pack" a few days prior, but I do understand why she had to. All in all it went well and was worth the time, and she had a good time too!

We’ve been taking our dog to Cold Nose Lodge for the past 18 months. She’s done training, day care and overnight boarding. I can’t thank them enough for providing such a wonderful place for her- whether it’s for the day or two weeks! She is in safe hands with staff that know her and truly care for the best interest of all dogs. The staff are friendly and professional, greeting her affectionately by name at drop off and providing feedback as needed during pickups. We never worry about her wellbeing while we are away and look forward to seeing her happy face while socializing with the other dogs via the daily Facebook posts. We’ve had the best experience and would highly recommend Cold Nose Lodge for all of your doggy needs!!

We've been going to Cold Nose Lodge for many years now. We have used their daycare, boarding, and trianing services, all with great success. Our pets are our family and we get such peice of mind knowing our dog is in good hands while we're away, or when she just needs a play date. The staff there is always so friendly and knows our dog every time we bring her in. I cannot reccomend Cold Nose enough to anyone who is looking for a safe, fun, and reliable place for your furbaby!

It’s such a great feeling dropping our dog off for the day (or the week!) and knowing he has a blast at Cold Nose! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they have a great selection of snacks and toys too.
